Linde Shareholders Approve Proposal to Delist Its Ordinary Shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Linde plc announced its shareholders have approved the company's proposal for an intercompany reorganization that will result in the delisting of its ordinary shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
