Sthree plc Announces Changes to Its Board SThree plc announced the appointment of Rosie Shapland as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 November 2025. Rosie, who was selected as part of the Board's ongoing succession planning, is a proven non-executive director with considerable experience chairing audit and risk committees for UK-listed businesses. Rosie is a Chartered Accountant and former audit partner at PwC, with over 30 years of audit experience across multiple sectors. She brings extensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, risk management and governance. Rosie is the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Foxtons Group PLC and Workspace Group PLC, and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Paypoint plc.
