Kalium Lakes Limited Provides Progress Update on the Commissioning of the SOP Purification Plant At Its Beyondie SOP Mine Kalium Lakes Limited provided a progress update on the commissioning of the SOP purification plant at its Beyondie SOP Mine (Beyondie). Design grade KTMS was fed to the SOP purification plant from early to late October during which 10,520 tonnes at an average 8.6% K material was processed. Month-to-date plant performance (to 29 October 2022) is: KTMS feed throughput of 19,566 tonnes; and SOP production of 502 tonnes. Key positives during the design grade feed period in October 2022 include: stable plant operation was achieved, supporting sample data collection and refinement of higher KTMS feed grade operating parameters; significant reductions in recirculating loads within the schoenite circuit; and SOP produced continues to meet or exceed target K grade specifications. The table below details a comparison of the KTMS feed rate and schoenite production during the design grade feed period in October 2022 compared to the previous best operating period in July 2022. Throughout the design grade feed period, Kalium Lakes' focus was on improving stability of the overall plant operation and the operation of the flotation circuit and, during this period, below-par flotation and solid /liquid separation were identified as limiting factors for the plant's operation, contrasting with laboratory test work to date which has generated significantly better results. As a result of the limited flotation performance, the downstream operation of the SOP circuit was constrained and further refinement of the SOP circuit at higher schoenite throughputs is required to ensure the increased schoenite is converted to final SOP product at higher efficiencies than experienced at lower feed grades. Having regard to the flotation and solid /liquid separation issues, the Company is progressing a plant performance improvement plan. Kalium Lakes will provide an update to shareholders (via further ASX announcements) on the potential impact on its previously advised timetable for production ramp up once the plant performance improvement plan has been finalised and implemented. Kalium Lakes continues to be supported, both on site and remotely, by EBTEC through its leading SOP production technical expertise. The systematic commissioning of SOP purification plant operations has been jointly planned by the Kalium Lakes and EBTEC teams, in conjunction with international experts with both SOP processing operations experience and flotation experience. All parties are focussed on developing a comprehensive plant performance improvement plan targeting systematic and progressive resolution of key issues and improvement of overall plant operation. The performance issues within the flotation circuit during the processing of design grade material are being investigated, with slurry conditioning, froth loading and froth mobility being targeted in a systematic manner. A froth mobility trial encompassing the installation of a radial launder in flotation cell 1 (as shown in the photos below) is underway and preliminary results are positive. Further initiatives currently include: pursuing alternate means to increase the reagent dosage to identify whether above-design reagent addition similarly influences recovery as has been evidenced in laboratory testing; testing of flotation agent batches to check for possible aging effects and considering alternative reagents; and targeting increases in slurry conditioning prior to flotation through increasing the energy in the conditioning tanks. Kalium Lakes Limited Provides Operational and Corporate Activities Update At the Beyondie Sop Project Kalium Lakes Limited (Kalium Lakes or the Company) provides an update with respect to its corporate activities and operational status at the Beyondie SOP Project (Beyondie or BSOPP). Following validation of the purification plant process design, the equipment testing programme has continued as planned over the past month, with a cumulative total of 1,000 tonnes of commercially saleable SOP produced up to 29 June 2022. The availability of sufficient KTMS (kainite-type mixed salts) to feed the plant remains the key production constraint. However, with the improved pond operating procedures, expectations are that sufficient KTMS will be available by end of August to commence the ramp up in production. Until then Kalium Lakes plans to produce SOP at lower rates, with the current focus being continuous production and building expertise in operating the plant. Further optimisation and rectification works during the planned shutdown in August will include a focus on the flotation circuit. Additional works, including further pump upgrades and the installation of a heat exchanger to allow improved operation during hot summer weather do not require a shutdown and will take place after August. Production is planned to recommence in September, with progressive SOP output ramp-up through to nameplate performance tests planned at the end of fourth quarter of calendar year 2022. As previously outlined, the BSOPP is expected to be operating at an approximate 80 Ktpa SOP production run rate by first quarter of calendar year 2023, with the targeted 120 Ktpa run rate established by third quarter of calendar year 2024. First commercial sales are being scheduled for mid-July delivery with offtake partner, K+S. Pond Operations - During the quarter to date, 20,100 tonnes of KTMS and 83,100 tonnes of waste salt was harvested. As a result of late season rain events in May and June, brine movement between the evaporation ponds has been halted due to the dilution effects of the rain on brine chemistry. This has resulted in delays in salt precipitation of 5-6 weeks due to the time required to evaporate the excess fresh water from the ponds and return the brine chemistry to target levels. Kalium Lakes Limited Provides Operational and Corporate Activities Update At the Beyondie SOP Project Kalium Lakes Limited provided an update with respect to its operational status at the Beyondie SOP Project and broader corporate activities. Borefield & Trenching Operations and Brine Production: As previously announced aggregate brine flow rate from the borefield and trenching operations to the pre-concentration ponds has now been restored to near the 90Ktpa SOP target level. Aggregate brine supply also continues to deliver potassium grades above design targets. The 120Ktpa expansion drilling program has commenced with twenty-five new production bores planned to be progressively brought online by November this year. The drilling program is scheduled for completion by August, with 9 out of 27 exploration holes and 4 out 25 new production bores completed to date. Pond Operations and KTMS Production: Blockages of the Sunshine transfer pipeline (from the Sunshine preconcentration pond to the primary evaporation ponds) have been substantially cleared and flow rates restored to 83% of design capacity. This is sufficient to meet brine transfer requirements for March and April as evaporation rates start to decline. Works have commenced on procurement and preparation for installation of the second transfer pipeline. Installation is set to commence in early March and scheduled to be completed during April. This is expected to provide ample brine transfer capacity to bring all primary evaporation ponds back online and progress brine supply for the eventual 120Ktpa SOP production target. Brine filling of a third primary evaporation train commenced during February, with all five primary evaporation trains forecast to be back in production by the end of May. Pre-concentration ponds are still being operated at approximately 50% capacity and will continue to do so until all primary evaporation ponds are back in production. As previously announced, it has been confirmed that a consistently higher-grade KTMS supply (`start-up grade'), higher than for normal operations, is required during commissioning. This higher salt feed grade is required to enable the schoenite conversion, flotation, cooling crystallisation, centrifuges and fluid bed dryer to be commissioned at nameplate capacity. Diligence is being exercised in ensuring that a sufficient quantity of the required start-up grade KTMS is harvested before the SOP purification plant is re-started to complete commissioning and commence commercial SOP production. This diligence requires careful grade control sampling, selective KTMS harvesting practices and robust ROM stockpile management. While most harvested KTMS is expected to eventually be processed through the SOP purification plant during steady state operations, the level of selectivity required for start-up grade KTMS means that sufficient stocks of this particular specification are only expected to be accumulated by June, being predominantly generated from new KTMS produced specifically for this purpose during the next four months. Current processable KTMS inventories are estimated at approximately 131kt, of which 30kt at between 8-9% K (`medium grade') is harvested and stockpiled on the ROM pad, with the balance being in the evaporation ponds and scheduled for harvesting during the next four months. An additional 44kt of lower grade KTMS is stockpiled on the ROM pad which may be used for future blending during steady state operations. Kalium Lakes continues to work with international potash industry experts to strengthen operating capability and increase understanding of pond chemistry dynamics and harvesting techniques. Forecast long term harvested potassium salt output is not expected to be affected. Purification Plant and SOP Production: The SOP purification plant is expected to remain idled as the BSOPP establishes a sufficient inventory of start-up grade and processable KTMS before recommencing feed to the plant by June, with commercial SOP sales expected to commence in July 2022. Equipment rectification and optimisation works on the SOP purification plant is 77% complete. These works include rectification of manufacturer defects, as well as changes to key process equipment to improve efficiencies or operability based on lessons learned from initial commissioning efforts. These works are expected to be completed during March, followed by controlled test runs to verify effectiveness and allow further upgrades, if necessary, prior to the planned plant re-start in June. Some risk remains that equipment performance testing cannot be completed until targeted commercial scale SOP production commences. While the delay in commencement of SOP production and associated sales is disappointing, it is important to note that overall SOP production for CY2022 calendar year is already limited by available KTMS inventory. This means that any acceleration to the plant start-up date would be expected to offer little benefit to total SOP production and sales for CY2022. Deferring plant start-up until June also brings significant logistical and other risk mitigation benefits in terms of critical commissioning works associated with the plant re-start, which will now take place after the anticipated late March peak of Omicron wave disruptions in Western Australia, providing greater certainty in being able to mobilise international equipment specialists and EBTEC GbR personnel to site. Kalium Lakes continues to be supported, both on site and remotely, by EBTEC through its leading SOP production technical expertise. The systematic recommencement of SOP purification plant operations as part of the commissioning process is being jointly planned by the Kalium Lakes and EBTEC teams, in conjunction with international experts with SOP processing operations experience. Full nameplate operation of the plant is expected to be facilitated technically by EBTEC in accordance with the performance guarantees it has provided. Commissioning of the compaction plant is expected to follow immediately after successful commissioning of the SOP purification plant. Breakeven Date Change • Feb 07

Kalium Lakes Limited Provides an Update to Its Operational Activities At the Beyondie SOP Project Kalium Lakes Limited provided an update with respect to its operational activities at the Beyondie SOP Project (Beyondie or BSOPP). Borefield & Trenching Operations and Brine Production: Recent actions taken to optimise brine production levels have delivered significant positive impacts. De-silting works at 10 Mile and Sunshine are progressing well, with flow rates from trenches at 10 Mile now restored to design targets. Work at Sunshine continues with flow rates improving and target levels expected to be fully restored during the current quarter. A third amphibious excavator has also been added to the trench fleet and additional routine trench maintenance programs implemented. Bore pump station availability at both 10 Mile and Sunshine is improving through upgrading monitoring and maintenance programs, including the introduction of a telemetry system to improve response times to pumping system breakdowns. As a result of these combined measures, the aggregate brine flow rate from the borefield and trenching operations to the pre-concentration ponds has now been restored to near the 90Ktpa SOP target level. In addition, the 120Ktpa expansion drilling program has commenced and twenty-five new production bores are planned to be progressively brought online during the next 12 months. There are currently twenty bores at 10 Mile and Sunshine. Aggregate brine supply continues to deliver potassium grades above design targets, partially offsetting some of the impact from previous lower flow rates. Purification Plant and SOP Production: Following the commissioning challenges faced due to initial variability in potassium salt feed grades, further review and consultation has confirmed that a consistently higher-grade potassium salt feed supply (higher than for normal operations) is required during commissioning. This improved salt feed is expected to enable the schoenite conversion, flotation, cooling crystallisation, centrifuges and fluid bed dryer to be commissioned at nameplate capacity. The requirement for individual sections in the SOP purification plant to be commissioned on a staged basis over an extended timeframe led to there being insufficient residual higher grade potassium salt feed available on the ROM stockpile to successfully complete commissioning and achieve continuous operation of the plant. The rectification works identified as being beneficial to successful commissioning of the SOP purification plant are underway, with the plant being idled while this work is undertaken and pending harvest of further high-grade potassium salts. The plant rectification works are scheduled to be completed during March. Kalium Lakes continues to be supported, both on site and remotely by its German partners, EBTEC Gbr, through its leading SOP production technical expertise. It should be noted that the ability of EBTEC to facilitate the arrival of additional specialist personnel to the Beyondie site does remain constrained by ongoing Western Australian border restrictions. The systematic recommencement of SOP purification plant operations as part of the commissioning process is being jointly planned by the Kalium Lakes and EBTEC teams in conjunction with international experts with SOP processing operations experience. Full nameplate operation of the plant is expected to be achieved in accordance with the performance guarantees provided by EBTEC. Updated Ramp-Up and Production Schedule: Following completion of the rectification works and harvesting of sufficient high grade potassium salt supply, Kalium Lakes plans to continue with commissioning of the SOP purification plant. Commissioning of the compaction plant is expected to follow immediately after successful commissioning of the purification plant. As previously announced, the current overall commissioning and ramp-up position of the BSOPP is expected to have an impact on the targeted timeframes for achieving nameplate production rates. The Company expects to provide a revised Beyondie ramp-up schedule and production profile following completion of the current comprehensive review process, scheduled for late February 2022. Forecast long term SOP output levels are not expected to be impacted. Price Target Changed • Dec 28

Kalium Lakes Limited Provides Update on Beyondie Sop Project Kalium Lakes Limited provided update on BEYONDIE SOP PROJECT. Operational readiness for the Beyondie SOP Project is ramping up as planned and includes: Commencement of production ramp-up remains on track for October 2021; Operations team in place with on-site training of plant operators continuing; 108,000 tonnes of "plant feed specification" potassium salts harvested and delivered to the ROM pad; Harvested ponds are immediately placed back into operation for next round of salt production; Pre-concentrator ponds filled to maximum capacity in preparation for high evaporation rate summer period. Management of brine supply from the bore fields and trenches is critical to the success of running an efficient pond evaporation and salt crystallisation process. The first step is to collect the brine from the various bore and trench pump stations in a central location. The Beyondie SOP Project (BSOPP) has two such locations, with one 28 hectare and one 32 hectare pre-concentrator pond for the Ten Mile and Sunshine resource areas respectively. The pre-concentrator ponds are designed to allow evaporation only up to the point before salt crystallisation occurs, reducing the brine volume and the transfer pumping requirement by 25% - 28%. From the pre-concentrator ponds, brine is then pumped to the primary ponds, where gravity allows it to flow from the highest elevation to the lowest elevation. Gravity flow rates between crystalliser ponds need to be managed carefully to ensure the correct types of salt are crystallising in the correct ponds. Sodium chloride (NaCl) is the first salt that forms and crystallises within the first three ponds in the evaporation "train" shown in the image above. By carefully managing the brine concentration, potassium salts in the form of "leonite" and "kainite type mixed salts (KTMS)" then form in the final three ponds of the train. Those ponds are harvested, with the salts transferred to the ROM pad to become feed stock from which the process plant then produces SOP. Brine flow is controlled by weir gates that are installed between ponds, allowing flows to be increased, decreased or stopped as required. Samples are taken regularly from various locations within the ponds and then analysed at the BSOPP's onsite laboratory, with results used to make flow rate adjustments where necessary. During the evaporation and crystallisation process, the thickness of the salt floor continues to grow until it reaches a point where it is ready for harvesting. When a pond is ready to be harvested, the brine from the pond is drained, before a combination of an automated harvester and double road train is used to efficiently collect and transfer the salts to the ROM pad. As a pond being harvested is not in production, Kalium Lakes uses a "multiple train" design, dividing the evaporation ponds into five separate trains, which allows smaller evaporation /crystallisation areas to be taken out of production for harvesting purposes. The arrows in the pond evaporation image on the previous page depict the direction of brine flow in one of the five trains. As soon as harvesting activity within a pond is complete, that pond is put back into operation to start growing
a new salt layer in preparation for the next harvest. On the ROM pad, the plant feed salt is classified into stockpiles based on the salt grade. The SOP purification plant is designed to treat a blend of salt grades, so ongoing stockpile management on the ROM pad is very important. Kalium Lakes Limited Announces Feasibility Study Complete for New Base Case Production Increase to 120Ktpa At Beyondie Sop Project Kalium Lakes Limited announced the Beyondie SOP Project (Project), which is nearing completion, will become one of Australia's first Sulphate of Potash (SOP) producers. During the past 14 months all major construction milestones have been met and commercial production of SOP is targeted for the end of September this year. In consultation with its advisors and lenders, Kalium Lakes Limited has identified a number of low capital expansion opportunities which will enable it to take advantage of a rising SOP price environment. The Company has determined that it is prudent to expand the production case to 120ktpa as the new base case and maximise the benefit gained by retaining key technical experts currently working on the Project. The demands of undertaking construction of the Company's first project during a global pandemic has proved challenging. In addition, while SOP prices are increasing, there are also macro-economic headwinds and operational pressures, including the strengthening of the Australian dollar and inflationary pressures increasing the forecast operating costs. The BSOPP has a very large Mineral Resource (combined Measured and Indicated Resources of 19.71Mt of SOP equivalent) and the intention has always been to explore its expansion potential, leverage economies of scale and increase Kalium Lakes' profitability potential. The Company announced the completion of its Feasibility Study for the Expansion to 120ktpa (120ktpa Feasibility Study) at its Beyondie SOP Project. The 120ktpa Feasibility Study (which is inclusive of the 90ktpa and 100ktpa production targets previously announced by Kalium Lakes) is based on expanding existing infrastructure where required (i.e. brine extraction and evaporation ponds), combined with a process plant debottlenecking and optimization using German SOP process design experts, Ebtec GbR. Highlights: Kalium Lakes announced on 24 March 2021 a "debottlenecking" review of the SOP purification plant revising steady state SOP production estimates upwards by 10ktpa to at least 100ktpa. Feasibility Study now complete for a production increase to 120ktpa as new base case (33% increase over the original 90ktpa production target). Key highlights include: Incremental capital expenditure of $45 million, lower capital cost intensity of AUD 1,513/t for the incremental 30ktpa production 120ktpa production achieved by October quarter 2022 Unlevered project pre-tax NPV (8%, nominal) of $484 million. Improved economies of scale from expansion to offset sector wide and macro- economic cost pressures (Kalium Lakes remains a global first quartile low-cost producer). K+S offtake agreement extended to cover increased production at 120ktpa level and improved payment terms for the first three years to reduce working capital needs. First SOP production and ramp-up remains targeted for September/October 2021. Commissioning risk regarded as low with: The support of experienced German engineer and manufacturer (Ebtec GbR); Start-up salts and brine equivalent to 113,000 tonnes of SOP already in production (as at end July 2021), including plant feed salts equivalent to 9,000 tonnes of SOP "harvested" and on the ROM pad ready for SOP production. Favourable timing with first production and start-up into a rising SOP price environment (2022 forecast average price for standard grade SOP (CFR Aust) up to USD 617/t based on forecasts provided to the Company by CRU/Argus in July 2021). Significant opportunity for further expansion beyond 120ktpa with further studies in progress. Price Target Changed • Aug 19

Kalium Lakes Limited Provides Update on Beyondie Sop Project Kalium Lakes Limited provides update on Beyondie Sop Project. highlights include: More than 113,000 tonnes of contained SOP pumped as at end July 2021; 90,000 tonnes of potassium salts stockpiled on the ROM pad, equivalent to
approximately 9,000 tonnes of SOP production; Harvesting operations continue, without interruption or delay, from the abundant supply of potassium salts available within the crystalliser ponds; First production of SOP is still targeting late September 2021; The completion of construction activities and parallel commissioning activities remain within the capital expenditure budget. More than 90,000 tonnes of potassium salt, that meets the plant feed cut-off grade, has been harvested and delivered to the ROM stockpile. Harvesting operations and potassium salt stockpiling is ongoing, with several other ponds ready and available for harvest. The potassium salt, both harvested and ready for harvest, accounts for approximately the first six months of SOP production during the ramp-up period. The Company's pond design and operating methodology allows for a controlled transfer of brine from the lower grade sodium chloride ponds, down to the higher grade ponds where potassium salt is precipitated to meet plant feed specifications on an ongoing basis. This operating model enables control of the precipitation at a constant rate to minimise the variability of potassium content in plant feed salt. As a result, the operations target sustainable delivery of on- specification plant feed potassium salts. Kalium Lakes uses a mix of a spot and core sampling methodologies to verify the potassium content of salt in the ponds. Spot sampling involves multiple samples collected at the same points and core sampling involves multiple samples collected from three different points in a single pond. The flotation agent that will be used in the flotation circuit of the process (pictured above left) was carefully selected through extensive bench and pilot scale test-work during the feasibility studies with K-UTEC AG Salt Technologies and constitutes part of the performance guarantee provided under the EBTEC contract for standard grade SOP production. Kalium Lakes Limited Successfully Completes Lining of the Final 42 Hectares of Recycle Ponds At the Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project Kalium Lakes Limited has successfully completed lining of the final 42 hectares of recycle ponds at the Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project. Approximately 400 hectares of off-lake evaporation ponds, built and lined adjacent to the process plant and Ten Mile Lake, currently hold more than 97,000 tonnes of contained
SOP pumped from the borefields and trenches. More than 2,400 rolls of HDPE liner were used to cover the laser levelled, tiered and graded area which, if
rolled out end to end, would be approximately 500km long or the same as the straight-line distance from Sydney to Canberra and back. Completing this work required more than 3,000 man-days of effort across multiple contractors. Harvested potassium salts stockpiles are starting to take shape on the ROM pad in preparation for commissioning and commencement of production. Potassium grades in feed salts have been tested and confirmed to meet, on average, pond model specifications. This is a great achievement as it is a critical measure for a successful start-up. Construction activities for production of standard grade SOP are entering the final fit-out phase and the granular SOP production facilities combined with the product storage shed construction continues to progress as planned.
