(“Maxeon” or the “Company”) securities between November 15, 2023 and May 29, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”). Plaintiff pursues claims under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”). Hotspots are concentrated areas of heat energy that predominantly result from shaded or cracked solar cells.
