Miata Metals Corp Reports Drill Results At Sela Creek Gold Project Miata Metals Corp. announce additional drill results from its ongoing, 25,000 m diamond drilling program at its Sela Creek Gold Project (‘Sela Creek’ or the ‘Project’) in Suriname.New drill results include 23.75 meters at 5.73 g/t gold, the highest-grade gold intercept drilled to date, from hole 26-DDH-008 in Jons Trend. This hole was drilled 250 m southeast of the discovery hole of 35.6m at 3.04 g/t gold, providing evidence that high gold grades continue along a corridor composed of stacked gold-bearing zones. The result significantly strengthens confidence in a continuous, mineralized corridor now defined over at least 750 metres long by 300 metres wide. Together with recent results at Big Berg, this intercept supports the presence of multiple mineralized centres within a continuous gold system at Sela Creek. Highlights: 26DDH-JT-008 intersected:23.75 m at 5.73 g/t Au from 82 m, including: 3.18 m at 16.35 g/t from 89 m1.65 m at 25.15 g/t from 94.75 m, and3.94 m at 9.46 g/t from 98 mAn additional broad zone of mineralization intersected in hole 26DDH-JT-009: 32.0 m at 1.29 g/t Au from 124 m, including: 9 m at 2.37 g/t from 138 m, and4.21 m at 2.45 g/t from 150.29 m26DDH-JT-008 was drilled in an area of sparse drilling 250 m SE of the main discovery zone, and is evidence of multiple high-grade zones of mineralization within Jons TrendDrilling confirms a structurally controlled gold-bearing vein system along a wide NW-SE trending corridor that is 750 m long by 300 m wide Results continue to support bulk-tonnage and high-grade potential at Jons Trend Mineralization remains open along strike and at depthMiata currently has two drill rigs actively turning on Sela Creek, enabling simultaneous expansion of Jons Trend and Big Berg and drilling of new targets such as Puma. Recent drilling at Jons Trend continues to define a coherent and expanding gold system characterized by broad zones of mineralization overprinted by higher-grade intervals. Drilling continues to intersect significant gold mineralization, highlighted by the Company’s strongest intercept to date: 23.75 m at 5.73 g/t Au in hole 26DDH-JT-008 from 82 m. This interval occurs within a wider mineralized envelope and is interpreted to represent a high-grade shoot within the system. The presence of these higher-grade zones within broader mineralization significantly enhances the overall potential of Jons Trend. Drilling across the central portion of Jons Trend (holes JT-007 to JT-010) has confirmed the continuity of mineralization along a 750 m northwest–southeast trending structural corridor, interpreted to be associated with extensive dilation across fold hinges and parallel shear zones. These holes intersected consistent mineralization within strongly altered and deformed host rocks, reinforcing the interpretation of a continuous orogenic gold system. Through step-out drilling the lateral extent of Jons Trend now appears to be well-defined over 300 m and systematic drilling continues towards the southeast, where drilling has established a minimum strike length of 700 m, and now a new high-grade zone. Ongoing drilling in Jons Trend aims to identify additional mineralized zones, increase the known depth of mineralization and extend the strike length. The continued advancement at Jons Trend, together with the recent success at Big Berg, reinforces a broader thesis emerging at Sela Creek: the presence of multiple mineralized centres within a large, underexplored gold system. Only a small portion of the broader mineralized corridor has been systematically drill tested to date, leaving substantial exploration upside across the Project. Bekanntmachung • Feb 24

Miata Metals Corp. Completes First Four Holes of Fully Funded 25,000 Metre Drill Program at Sela Creek Gold Project, Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced that it has completed the first four holes of its fully funded 25,000-metre diamond drilling program at its Sela Creek Gold Project, located in Suriname. The 2026 drill program more than doubles the metres drilled during the Company's highly successful 2025 campaign and is designed to simultaneously advance the Jon's Trend gold system toward scale while aggressively testing multiple high-priority exploration targets across the broader Sela Creek project area. This program positions Miata to move from discovery success to scale and potential multi-zone growth in 2026. Fully funded 25,000-metRE diamond drill program has commenced, supported by two drill rigs. Occurrences of visible gold observed in the first two drill holes inspected to date (128.70 m and 132.20 m in 26DDH-JT-001 and 181.70 m in 26DDH- JT-002) within intervals of dense veining and elevated sulphide content. First Quarter 2026 drilling to prioritize expansion at Jons Trend and exploration drilling at Puma, Stranger, Golden Hand, Big Berg, and Howler. Vein array model and discoveries1 (left), and targets with proposed drilling. Approximately 12,500 metres are planned at Jon's Trend, where drilling in 2025 confirmed a broad, shallow-dipping, structurally controlled gold system extending over approximately 750 metres by 250 metres and remaining open along strike and at depth. Vis Visible gold at 181.70 m in 26 DDH-JT-002, showing a cluster of visible gold on the margin of a quartz vein. Sampling programs completed across the Sela Creek project area have successfully defined several priority gold targets based on a combination of geochemical anomalies, artisanal mining activity, and favourable structural features that control the geology. Chip and channel sampling focuses on potential structural controls such as fold hinges and shear zones, and alteration minerals characteristic of orogenic gold mineralization. Vein zone at Stranger Target, showing laminated veins adjacent to an intrusion. Drilling completed during the 2025 field season, particularly at the Puma target, led to a step-change in Miata's understanding of the structural framework controlling gold mineralization across the Sela Creek Gold Project. At Puma, drilling and surface mapping confirmed the presence of moderately plunging vein sets. This mineralization was projected from a nearby artisanal mining adit and led to a drill intercept of 5.3 m at 8.25 g/t gold in 25DDH-SEL-0301, with mineralization occurring within shallow to moderately dipping structural planes rather than as a single discrete vein. This observation and drill intercept demonstrated that intercept length and grade continuity are highly sensitive to drill orientation. As a result, Miata refined its drill targeting approach to optimize hole azimuths and dip angles, allowing drill holes to better test mineralized structures and to intersect multiple stacked zones where present. This refined approach was subsequently applied at Jon's Trend, and directly improved intercept lengths, gram-metre outcomes, and directly improved intercept length and grade continuity. Miata Metals Corp. Adds Additional Drill Rig and Increases Discovery Potential with Fully Funded 25,000 M Drill Program At the Sela Creek Gold Project Miata Metals Corp. announced the arrival of an additional drill rig at its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname, enabling a fully funded 25,000 m drill program planned for 2026. The expanded program builds on a highly successful 2025 campaign, during which Miata completed 10,061 m of drilling, achieved a 100% hit rate at the Jons Trend Zone, identified multiple new mineralized zones, and significantly increased operational efficiency across the project. Highlights: Miata achieved a 100% hit rate across drilling at Jons Trend; 10,061 m drilled in 2025 across 59 holes; Assay results for six drillholes at Jons Trend and six drillholes at Golden Hand remain pending; Targeting 25,000 m of drilling in 2026, with approximately 50% focused on Jons Trend and the other 50% dedicated toward six compelling discovery targets such as Puma East (5.3m at 8.25 g/t gold), Big Berg (14 m at 1.72 g/t gold), and Puma West (18m at 2.70 g/t gold); New Sandvik 710 track-mounted diamond rig has arrived on site, allowing two rigs to operate throughout 2026; On-site optimization continues with the construction of a prep lab, improved wet-season access and expanded fuel storage, all of which will further reduce the cost per metre drilled on Sela Creek. Additional Drill Rig Arrives on Sela Creek: The Company has deployed a third drill rig to Sela Creek, and expects to run two rigs continuously for the majority of 2026 while having a third available for optionality. With the two drill rigs, Miata expects to be able to comfortably drill 25,000 m in 2026. The Company can operate through both the dry and wet seasons. The Company works closely with Major Drilling, a reputable international Canadian drill-contractor with a branch of operations established in Suriname. Miata has completed an extensive surface program including measuring artisanal activity and the reinterpretation of historical geochemical and geophysical datasets, resulting in six prospects being advanced to drill-ready status for the first half of 2026. These prospects represent some of the most compelling targets on Sela Creek: Puma East:5.3 m at 8.25 g-t gold from 37.7 m; Puma West:18m at 2.70g/t gold from 5.60 m; Big Berg: 14 m at 1.72 g-t gold from 164 m; Howler, Stranger and Golden Hand, where drill targets are defined based on early-stage exploration work. Prospect areas on Sela Creek as re-defined by Miata's technical team, provide clear direction for the discovery drilling in 2026. These prospects will be drill-tested in parallel with a continued surface program to define further discovery drill targets. While this discovery program is ongoing, the Company will continue to delineate Jons Trend, which is emerging as a 750 x 250 m mineralized zone and remains open in all directions. The Company's discovery at Jon's Trend was a major de-risking event in 2025, with potential expansion of that zone being another catalyst for 2026. The Company has completed 10,061 mof drilling, of which 3,000m was completed in the last two months of drilling. This indicates the efficiency of the program has increased substantially from the start of drilling. Bekanntmachung • Dec 11
Miata Metals Corp. Announces Further Drill Results from the Jons Trend Zone At Its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced further drill results from the Jons Trend Zone at its Sela Creek Gold Project ("Sela Creek" or the "Project") in Suriname. Results from holes 25DDH-SEL-037 through 25-DDH-SEL039 and 25DDH-SEL--042 through 25DDH-SEL -046 confirm gold mineralization at Jons Trend across a 750 m by 250 m corridor to a depth of 200 m, remaining open along strike and at depth. Importantly, a 500 m step-out further validates this continuity, more than doubling the known mineralized footprint. Reprocessing of geophysical data indicates the main structures at Sela Creek, which potentially reflect the extent of the gold system, continue to a depth of 1.5 km. Highlights: 500 m step-out (hole 25DDH-SEL the039) confirms strike continuity and expands Jons Trend by over 100%, with 4.9 m of 4.04 g/t gold and 13.6 m at 0.80 g/t gold; Every hole at Jons trend has intersected gold mineralization, with most holes intersecting multiple, parallel gold-bearing zones; Continuous gold mineralization now apparent over 750 m x 250 m, open along strike and to depth, an increase in size of over 100%. Drilling continues to return wide mineralized intervals, including: 54 m at 1.04 g/t gold, 3.4 m at 1.12 g/t gold (hole 25DDH- SEL-043); 53.6 m at 0.84 g/t gold (hole25DDH-SEL- 038); 18.9 m at 1.01 g/t gold and 5.4 m at 2.29 g/t gold (25DDH-SEL -044); 9 m at 0.79 g/t gold and 16.5 m at 0.83 g/t gold and 4.4 m at 3.13 g/t gold (25 DDH-SEL-045); 34 m at 1.05 g/t gold and 12 m at 1.15 g/t gold hole (25DDH-Sel-046); 10,061 metres drilled in 2025, completing the annual target, with results from 2,755 metres pending. Oblique view of drilling in Jons Trend with an implicit grade model, showing that mineralization is open in all directions. Readers are cautioned that the model illustrates exploration potential based on limited data only and is not a guarantee that such gold grades are present. Drilling at Jons Trend continues to deliver wide, consistent intervals of gold mineralization hosted in strongly deformed quartz-pyrite-pyrrhotite veining within a thick turbidite sequence. Turbidite sequences tend to be homogeneous and laterally very continuous. This continuity is apparent in the grade distribution such as in hole 25DDH-SEL, as in hole 25DDH -SEL-046 as in hole 25DDH the first quarter of 2026 with a fully funded two-rig program, which will allow to work multiple prospects in parallel. Several prospects are drill-ready and primed for discovery. The objective in 2026 is to demonstrate that Sela Creek is the next major gold district in Suriname. Miata Metals Corp. Expands Near-Surface Gold System At Jons Trend with 27 M of 1.45 G/T Gold and 16.5 M of 1.72 G/T Gold and Defines Three Mineralized Zones Miata Metals Corp. announced further strong drill results from the Jons Trend Zone at its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname. Results from holes 25DDH-SEL-034 through 36 confirm multiple stacked zones of gold mineralization and reinforce the interpretation of a large, continuous, and shallow dipping mineralized system at Jons Trend that remains open down plunge and along strike. The Jons Trend target continues to be assessed as an open pit target. Drilling continues to yield wide gold intercepts which now define three shallow-plunging zones of mineralization that appear continuous for several hundred metres down-plunge. 25DDH-SEL -036 yielded an intercept of 27.0 m of 1.45 g/t gold from 105 m1, including: 12.0 m at 2.05 g/t gold from 114.0 m; 25DDH-Sel-034 yielded 16.5 m of 1.72 g/t gold from 14.6 m1, in the shallowest of three mineralized vein zones, including: 6 m of 2.99 g/t gold from 24.0 m; Miata anticipates a further 3,000 m of drilling at Jons Trend prior to the end of 2025 to test its strike length and continuity. Section of Jons Trend drilling, the zone was intersected with hole 25DDH-SEL,032 through 25DDH-SEL the038. Further drilling in and around this zone focuses on determining its extent. Jons Trend drill plan: Following the drilling success at Jons Trend, the Company has allocated the balance of its 2025 drill program to further advance this highly prospective zone. Approximately 3,000 m of additional drilling is planned before the end of 2025 to define strike length, width, and down-plunge extent of this system. With the results of the Jons Trend drilling, Miata's technical team expects that the geological data and understanding will allow for improved drill targeting at adjacent targets as well. Drill hole 25DDH-Sel -034 cut a shallow mineralized vein zone grading 16.5 m at 1.72 g/tgold, including a high-grade core of 6.0 m at 2.99 g/tgold. This intersect demonstrates strong results in the shallowest zone of mineralization at Jons Trend. Drill hole 25DDH -SEL-036 delivered another standout result, cutting 27.0 m at 1.45 g/tgold from 105 m, including a high-grade section of 12.0 m at 2.,05 g/t gold. The consistency of the high-grade core of the zone was specifically encouraging in this intercept. The hole encountered nearly 60 m of gold mineralization in total, underscoring the strong continuity and thickness of mineralization at Jons trend and highlighting the potential for a large, near-surface gold system. As in holes 25 DDH-SEL-032 and 33), the gold grade relates to dense sheeted quartz veins with minor pyrite and pyrrhotite within veins and disseminated in the silicified rock matrix. Samples are crushed and pulverized to 85% passing 88 um prior to analysis using a 50 gram fire assay (50 gram aliquot) with an Atomic Absorption (AA) finish. For samples that return assay values over 5.0 grams per tonne (g/t), another cut was taken from the original cut was taken from the original drill program. Bekanntmachung • Oct 14

Miata Metals Corp. Announces Results from Holes 25DDH-SEL-032 and 033 Drilled into the Jons Trend, at its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced results from holes 25DDH-SEL-032 and 033 drilled into the Jons Trend, at its Sela Creek Gold Project ("Sela Creek" or the "Project") in Suriname. Drill hole 25DDH-SEL -033 has delivered the strongest intercept on the Project to date, returning 35.6 metres at 3.04 g/t gold from 69.0 m with multiple high-grade sub-intervals. In addition, hole 25DDH-Sel-032 returned 36.8 metres of 1.71 g/t gold from 92.7 m and a lesser zone of mineralization confirming the presence of stacked zones, and reinforcing the continuity of mineralization at Jons Trend. Highlights: Miata has intercepted wide zones of mineralization in holes 25DDH-S EL-032 and25DDH-SEL-033. These holes indicate two stacked mineralized lenses with potential for additional parallel zones. 25DDH-SEL--033 yielded an intercept of 35.6 m of 3.04 g/tgold from 69.0 m1, including: 14.6 m of 4.95 g/t gold from 90.0 m, including 3.0 m of 8.93 g/t gold from 99.0 m, including: 16.1 m at 2.82 g/t gold from 104.4 m, including 5.0 m of 4.84 g/t gold from 107.0 m. Drilling at Jons Trend indicates a shallow-plunging zone of mineralization that is continuous for several hundred metres of strike. Jons Trend is one of four prospects identified and successfully drill tested to date within the central mineralised corridor at Sela Creek, including Puma and Golden Hand. Hole 25DDH-SEL the033 returned 35.6 m of3.04 g/t gold, the widest and best-mineralized intercept ever drilled at Sela Creek. Several occurrences of visible gold in quartz veining were recorded in both holes 032 and 033; at down-hole depths of 35.4 m and 106.8 m (hole 032) and 96.4 m (hole 033). Drilling of holes 034 - 038 at Jons Trend suggests similar zones were intercepted in these drill holes. Artisanal mining activity3 in saprolite zones adjacent and along strike of these intercepts indicate considerable room for expansion of the Jons trend target with similarly oriented zones of mineralization. Historical drilling intersected a mineralized zone, with the best result being 42 metres grading 1.22 g/t gold4 in hole SKD001. In the current program, drill hole 25DDH-SEl-032 tested the same zone from a steeper, more direct angle, resulting in a strong intersection of 35.6 metres grading 3.04 g/t Gold. This suggests that the new drill orientation may better capture the full extent of the mineralization at Jons Trend". All drill results are available on the Company website through this link. The Project is characterized by widespread artisanal workings across a 14 km corridor3, yet only a small area has ever been drill tested. Each new result expands Miata's understanding of the structural controls and reveals stacked, shallow zones of hard-rock mineralization with significant strike potential. Bekanntmachung • Sep 18
Miata Metals Corp. Announces Significant Drill Results from Two Different Targets at its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced significant drill results from two different targets at its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname. Results include near-surface, high-grade mineralization in hard rock at the Puma Target ("Puma") and wide mineralized intervals at depth at the Golden Hand Target ("Golden Hand"), further demonstrating the district-scale potential of Sela Creek. Drilling at the Puma Target yielded another shallow high-grade intercept in 25DDH-SEL-030 of 5.3m at 6.57 g/t gold from 37.3m1 in hard rock, including 2.5 m at 13.10 g/t gold from 37., and 0.5 m at 51.16 g/t gold from 39.7m. The intercept projects to a surface adit approximately 60m away that has previously yielded grab samples of up to 194.2 g/t gold. Drilling at the Golden Hand Target yielded an intercept in 25DDH- SEL-031 of 14m at 1.72 g/t gold from 164m1, including 4m at 4.85 g/t gold from 174m, and 1.2m at 7.8 g/t gold from 174.8m. At Golden Hand, broader mineralized halos with higher-grade cores point to excellent potential for both grade and width. With four confirmed targets now showing the types of grades and widths typical of orogenic gold systems, the company is confident that Sela Creek has the potential to host multiple, gold-bearing pits. Sela Creek now contains four different targets where drill discoveries indicate meaningful widths and grades for orogenic gold style mineralization. Artisanal mining in saprolite suggests several more targets with the potential for open pit mining. Puma Drill Hole 25DDH-Sel-030 intersected an interval of crack-seal veining including 0.5m at 51.16 g/T gold from 39.7m, and 0.5m at 10.4 g/t Au from 38.2m. The mineralization plunges along a fold axial plane and a tonalite contact, providing valuable structural controls for future targeting. This intercept projects directly to a nearby artisanal adit (approximately 60m away) that previously yielded grab samples of up To date, Miata has completed 1,850 m of drilling at Puma. Except for one hole (SEL-026), all holes intersected gold-bearing zones, providing critical information for planning further drilling and trenching across the 2.7 km strike length of the target. At the Golden Hand target, follow-up drilling on hole 25DDH-SEL -016 with hole 25DDH-Sel -031 yielded an interval of 14m at 1. 72 g/t Au from 164m, including 4m at 4.,85 g/t Au from 174m. The interval is preceded by approximately 20 m of low-grade mineralization, suggesting a wide mineralized halo surrounding higher-grade cores. Structural measurements indicate the zone projects toward a nearby artisanal mining pit, providing a strong follow-up target. Decades Of of the target. Bekanntmachung • Sep 05
Miata Metals Corp. Intersects 18 M At 2.58 G/T Gold Near Surface At Puma Target, Sela Creek Miata Metals Corp. announced significant, near-surface mineralization in its initial drilling at the Puma Target ("Puma") on its Sela Creek Gold Project ("Sela Creek" or "the Project"). The Puma Target spans approximately 2.7 km of strike length. Initial drilling at Puma yielded 18 m at 2.58 g/t Au from 5.6 m, including 7.5 m at 5.64 g/t Au from 10.1 m, and 1.5 m at 20.88 g/t Au from 16.1 m. The entire mineralized intercept is hosted in saprolite, an oxidized and weathered bedrock material favourable for low-cost processing. Drillhole located in the central Puma Target, where artisanal workings extend over 2.7 km of strike. This Puma intercept marks the strongest drill result to date at Sela Creek and underscores district-scale potential for wide zones of high-grade gold. Follow-up trenching and drilling is underway to define the extent and continuity of this newly discovered, mineralized zone. The Company will follow up on this intercept with trenching and drilling to define the orientation and continuity of the mineralized zone. Results from Puma will also inform targeting across Miata's broader portfolio of high-priority zones within the 215 km2 Sela Creek concession, where multiple untested trends remain open for discovery. Drilling, combined with surface exploration to date at Puma indicates a relatively flat-lying mineralized horizon, open along strike and at depth. Drilling to date has only tested a small portion of the 2.7 km trend with wide spacing, leaving considerable room for discovery. With the onset of the dry season in Suriname, Miata is currently using two excavators to accelerate surface work, including trenching, access, and drill pad preparation. This will allow for more efficient advancement of Puma as well as other high-priority targets across the 215 km2 concession. Drill core samples are sent to Filab in Paramaribo, an ISO certified laboratory for 50g aliquot fire assay for gold. Both the Company and Filab insert standards, duplicates and blanks at select intervals, all of which yielded acceptable values. Bekanntmachung • Aug 22

Miata Metals Corp. Intersects Wide Intervals of Veining at the Puma Target on the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. reported that initial drilling at the high-priority Puma Target on its Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname has intersected wide zones of intense veining, consistent with the Company's predictive vein model. These early visual results from drill holes 25DDH-SEL-018 and 25DDH-SEL -019 are an encouraging milestone in Miata's ongoing drill program. The Company also provides an update on its regional, generative exploration program, which continues to advance alongside drilling, with new sampling and mapping programs identifying additional areas of high prospectivity. Highlights: First two holes in the Puma Target are completed and are being logged and cut on site prior to assay; Both holes have intersected significant veining and alteration, which have been identified as vectors to mineralization; Two potentially mineralized vein directions are present at the Puma Target and the drilling is angled to intersect both vein sets; The Company's drilling continues and the fourth hole at Puma has been collared; A grab sample taken from an artisanal miners' ore pile at the new Aplito prospect has yielded 675 g/t Au2; The Company is preparing to launch a stream sediment and soil sampling program aiming to extend the existing Puma trend. Drill holes 25DDH-Sel-018 and 25DD H-SEL-019 both intersected wide zones of dense quartz veining with associated alteration textures that Miata's technical team has previously correlated with gold mineralization in earlier drill holes. These visual indicators support the geological model developed through surface mapping and previous drilling. Hole 25DDH-SEL the018 encountered a weathered oxide zone to 75 meters, followed by a 60-meter interval (102-162m) of increased quartz, quartz-pyrite, and quartz-carbonate veining with strong alteration. Hole 25DDH- SEL-019 intersected four distinct vein zones between 80 and 195 meters, and displays characteristic textures and structures identified as mineralization vectors in earlier core. Alteration commonly consists of biotite, chlorite, anditanite and pyrite. Two potentially mineralized vein directions is present at the Puma Target. 25DDH-SEL,019 at 172m intense veining and alteration. 25SEL-019 at 117.2m, intense foliation parallel and cross-cutting. Puma is the southern-most target at Sela Creek, and currently encompasses a total of 1.1m and 1.2m. The Company's drilling continues and The fourth hole at Puma has be collared. Miata Metals Corp. Begins Drilling At Puma Target Following High Grade Surface Results on Sela Creek Gold Project Miata Metals Corp. announced that it has begun its planned drill test of the Puma Target. This follows the successful completion of the latest five holes drilled at the Golden Hand Target, for which assays are pending. Featuring a high-quality data set that showcases evidence of a potentially rich gold system, the Puma Target in the southeast part of Sela Creek is one of the Company's highest-priority targets. Puma encompasses a total of approximately 2.7 km of strike length and a width of 400m, as indicated by soil sampling and Miata's predictive vein model. The Puma Target is characterized by intense hydrothermal alteration and repeating vein sets, and has never been drilled. Miata anticipates drilling a minimum of 2,000m on Puma, with the remainder of the 10,000m program to be located based on results and ongoing interpretation. Puma and Golden Hand represent just two of multiple targets the Company has identified at the 215 km2Sela Creek gold project to date. Host to shallow artisanal mining for generations, less than 10% of the artisanal mining area of Sela Creek has been drill-tested at depth, leaving ample room for further discovery. Highlights: Drilling has commenced on the Puma Target, one of Miata's highest priority zones, where historical channel samples returned 3.12 g/t Au over 8m and 4.07 g/t Au over 5m, and recent grab samples returned 194.2 g/t Au and 39.16 g/t Au. Recent mapping has identified new mineralized structures, confirming Puma's potential and refining drill targets. Miata's first hole at Puma intersected a significant oxide zone, beginning at surface and descending to a depth of 60 metres, and is indicative of a high proportion of sulphides in the system. A newly opened artisanal adit revealed banded sulphide-bearing veins near a tonalite intrusion, the first such association at Sela Creek and a key target for drilling. The Puma Target spans approximately 2.7 km in strike length and 400m in width, as indicated by soil data and artisanal mining activity. Company geologists have continued to collect valuable surface data and samples in the lead up to drilling. The Puma Target is the closest to the Central Guyana Shear Zone of all the Company targets identified to date. The Central Guyana Shear Zone is one of the few structures that controls gold mineralization across the Guyana Shield. Drill Plan at Puma Target. Drilled areas in red and target areas in white, overlain on orthophotos flown in 2024 on the 215 km2 Sela Creek gold project. Planned drill collars are shown in black, drilled collars in red. Exploration Update: Five drill holes are currently pending assays from drilling at Golden Hand, including two drill holes that may have intersected key mineralizing structures. Exploration drilling at Golden Hand has significantly refined the geological model, increasing confidence in the broader potential of the Sela Creek concession. These insights and related structural interpretation are directly informing targeting at Puma. Miata Metals Corp. Targets Golden Hand's Centre After Drilling Broad Mineralized Zones at Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced assay results from drill holes 10 to 12, as it continues to vector towards the centre of the Golden Hand target. These three holes represent 564.2m of the ongoing 10,000m drill program. To date, assays for 2,011m of drilling have been released, with approximately 80% of the total planned program still to come. The project covers a total area of 215km2. Golden Hand represents just 2km of strike length within a broader 8km corridor of active and historic artisanal mining. It is the first of seven high-priority targets identified to date within the concession. As drilling progress, Golden Hand is being assessed both as an open pit and underground mineralized system. Less than 10% of the artisanal mining area of Sela Creek has been drill-tested at depth, leaving considerable room for further discovery. The majority of holes drilled by Miata have intersected multiple near-surface gold-bearing veins. As this marks the first-ever drilling campaign at Golden Hand, Miata's technical team is gaining valuable insights into the bedrock mineralogy, significantly enhancing its understanding of the project's structural controls. This knowledge will also be applied across the remaining targets to increase the precision and effectiveness of the ongoing 10,000 m drill program. Highlights: Results of the three holes reported indicate potentially significant zones of interest near what the Company believes to be the centre of the Golden Hand targets. Wide intercepts indicate a potentially substantial mineralized zone at Golden Hand, including: 25DDH-SEL-010: 13.1m at 0.46 g/t Au from 38.0m; 25DDH-SEL -010: 24.2m at 0.24 g/t Au from 55.0m; Including 2m at 1.32 g/t Au from 58.7m; 25DDH- SEL-010: 25.5m at 0.36 g/t Au from 180.5m; Including 2m at 2.35 g/t Au from 204m; 25DDH-T011: 50.1m at 0.30 g/t Au from 52.9m; Including 2.1m at 1.49 g/t Au from 52.,9m; Assays for a further five drill holes at Golden Hand are pending. Hole 25DDH-SEL the017, which targets the interpreted centre of Golden Hand, is currently being drilled. Miata Metals Corp. Confirms Gold in Bedrock At the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname Miata Metals Corp. announced the results for the first nine holes that have been drilled on its planned 10,000m core drilling program at the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname ("Sela Creek"). The total project area covers 215 km2. The Phase 1 inaugural drill program targeted the Golden Hand zone and resulted in an orogenic gold discovery, consisting of multiple veins with near-surface gold. These early drill results account for 15% of the planned drill program with approximately 8,500m remaining to be drilled. Golden Hand represents only 2 km of strike within a broader 8 km corridor of active and historic artisanal mining. It is the first of seven high-priority targets identified to-date within the concession. As drilling progresses, Golden Hand will be assessed both as an open pit and underground mineralized system. Less than 10% of the artisanal mining area of Sela Creek has been drill-tested at depth, leaving ample room for further discovery. Given that Golden Hand has never been drilled, Miata's technical team is gaining valuable insights into the bedrock mineralogy, significantly improving their understanding of the structural controls. This knowledge will also be applied across the remaining six targets to enhance the precision and effectiveness of the ongoing 10,000m drill program. Highlights: Several diamond drill holes have yielded more than one gold intercept, in particular 25DDH-SEL-008 that yielded three individual gold mineralized intercepts, all within 100m from surface. Assay results from the Golden Hand target confirm a widespread gold system in bedrock and include multiple intercepts above 1 g/t Au within a single drill hole: 25DDH-Sel-004: 7.5m of 1.05 g/t Au from 13.5m including: 3m of 1.93 g/t Au from 88.58m; 25DDH-SEL -006: 3.85m of 2.71 g/t Au from 101.15m, including: 0.5m of 11.71 g/t Au; 25DDH- SEL-008: 1.5m of 5.46 g/t Au from 19.3m; 25DDH-TEL-008: 1.6m of 1.93 g-t Au from 45.36m; 25DDH-P008: 5.75m of 1.2 g/t Au from 61m; 25DDH-LEL-009: 2m of 4.72 g/t Au from 19.,5m; 25DDH-DEL-009: 6.2m of 0.52 g/t Au from 44.5m; reported assays account for the first 1,447m of drilling with assays for a further 5 drillholes (861m) pending. The Company is currently drill-testing a secondary structure in the eastern extent of the Golden Hand target. The results of these first 9 holes indicate that the predictive vein model accurately identified locally significant vein arrays, as indicated by the 2.71 g/t Au over 3.85m in hole 6 and the 5.46 g/t Au over 1.5m in hole 8. Several holes have yielded more than one gold intercept, in particular hole 8 that yielded three individual gold mineralized intercepts, all within 100m from surface. Lower grade gold mineralization exist between some of the higher grade numbers. Bekanntmachung • May 07
Miata Metals Corp. Provides Update on Drilling Program At Sela Creek Gold Project, Suriname Miata Metals Corp. update on the 10,000m diamond core drilling program at the Sela Creek Gold Project in Suriname ("Sela Creek"). Highlights: Approximately 1,500m of diamond drilling has been completed across 10 holes; Four holes were drilled at the Stranger Target, and the drill is currently drilling the sixth hole at the Golden Hand Target; The Company plans to mobilize a second drill rig to Sela Creek; Assays are pending QAQC checks for several holes, which are expected to be completed this month. The Company has made ample progress in the last four months since camp build started, and camp continues to be gradually expanded as the drilling program continues to test additional targets. A second drill rig is expected to be mobilized to Sela Creek. Initially, the second drill rig is planned to replace the one currently drilling and is expected to reach a higher meterage per shift. This is expected to reduce the cost per meter drilled and increase production. The Company anticipates running two drill rigs simultaneously before the end of the year. Road access to certain targets has been difficult over the last few weeks because of heavy rain. As a result, the Puma Target, one of the Company's high-priority targets, remains undrilled for the time being. The Company is currently working to establish reliable access to Puma where several drill pads have been prepared. In the meatime, the Company continues to drill at the Golden Hand target. Select intervals of the first five drill holes were sent for reassay with 30g aliquot fire assay, 50g aliquotfire assay, and metallic screen assay, to verify whether nuggety gold is present and not captured in 30g aliquot or 50g aliquot fire assay. Once these QAQC checks are complete the first set of results will likely include all of the holes drilled in the Stranger Target and a portion of those in the Golden Hand target. Golden Hand: The Golden Hand target is over two kilometers long and has numerous mining pits that crosscut the main orientation of foliation and metasedimentary rocks. Several potential structures may host the gold at the Golden Hand target, and all are being tested. The Company is currently drilling its sixth hole at Golden Hand. Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Sample intervals from the first 5 holes were sent for reassay in 50g aliquots from the original 30g aliquots, and select samples sent for metallic screen to verify whether nuggetY gold is present and not captured In 30g aliquot or50g aliquot fire assay; The metallic screen process includes a 500g sample pulp that will be screened to 106 mm, a 50g fire assay is completed on the fine and a fire assay on the entire coarse fraction duplicate. The Company further announces that the drill rig is now at Sela Creek, and is on track to commence its maiden diamond drill program this month with a goal of 10,000 m in 2025. A grab sample with free gold has yielded results of up to 194.2 g/t Au in a newly opened extension of the Puma target. Grab samples from the >2km long Golden Hand target include 14.53 g/t Au, 4.32 g/t Au, and 1.86 g/t Au. Grab samples from the Stranger target include 34.66 g/t Au and 7.32 g/t Au. All drill equipment of Major Drilling is now at Sela Creek and drilling is expected to commence this month. The Company is mobilizing once again the endowment and discovery potential at Sela Creek. The drill rig is now on site and are looking forward to drill testing these targets. Sampling and Reconaissance Mapping at the Puma, Golden Hand, and Stranger Targets. Predive vein model over Golden Hand, and Puma showing key samples discussed in the text. Note that only certain well-mineralized samples are depicted in this image. A fold hinge control on gold mineralization was inferred from historical data compilation, remote sensing and LiDAR analysis by Miata's technical team and is becoming increasingly clear through geological mapping. The fold axis above shows concentrated veining and alteration, most apparent in the centre bottom of the image, that appears to have been the focus of artisanal mining efforts in this pit. The first results from Miata's 2025 sampling at the Stranger Pit include in situ grab samples from newly discovered gold-bearing fault-fill veins grading from 34.66 g/t gold to 7.32 g/t gold. The Stranger target has never been drilled and was initially identified during the Company's 2024 asset evaluation program. This target is high-priority for the upcoming drill program. The host rock in this zone comprises strongly foliated biotite-muscovite-schist with vein arrays parallel tofoliation and vein sets that occur at an angle of ~60o to the primary foliation. Locally, there are granodioritic rocks in this zone that occur with chloritized biotite and kaolinized feldspar. Deformation in the zone of prospects includes a strong NW-SE foliation (D1). Fluiation in the zone locally displays tight isoclinal folding with axial planes parallel to dominant fabric. Faults and shear zones occur oblique to the D1 foliation at a NNW-SSE strike (D2) with a steep dip. These faults typically contain well-mineralized fault-fill veins. A total of 52 samples between the three different targets were sent to the FiLab in Paramaribo, yielding a high of 194.2 g/t gold, an average of 5.3 g/t Au and a median of 0.056 g/t Au. Investors are cautioned that grab samples are inherently selective. All drill gear from Major Drilling is now on site and drilling is expected to commence This month.
