Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited Announces Executive Changes The Board of Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited announced that Ms. SZETO Kar Yee Cynthia ("Ms. SZETO") has tendered her resignation as a joint company secretary of the Company (the " Joint Company Secretary") due to other work arrangements, with effect from 7 July 2023.
