Marston's plc Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes Marston's PLC announced the appointment of Stephen Hopson as Chief Financial Officer following a comprehensive search and selection process. Stephen will succeed Hayleigh Lupino, who is leaving the Company to pursue a new opportunity outside of the Group, as previously announced. Stephen joins Marston's from Topps Tiles plc where he has served on the Executive team and Board as CFO since November 2020. Stephen brings to the role more than 10 years of senior leadership experience across the leisure and retail sectors, including as Director of Central Finance for Western Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, and five years of Finance Director roles at Travis Perkins plc. Previously he spent 11 years at Mitchells & Butlers plc, where he was responsible for investor relations among other functions. Stephen is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
