Everest Global Plc (LSE:EVST) completed the acquisition of Precious Link (Uk) Limited from PI Distribution Investment Limited. Everest Global Plc (LSE:EVST) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Precious Link (Uk) Limited from PI Distribution Investment Limited for £0.4 million on December 18, 2023. Under the terms of the SPA, PI Distribution Investment has agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiary, Precious Link, to Everest for a consideration of 12,500,000 new ordinary shares. The completion of the acquisition remains subject to a number of conditions ("Completion").
