Funds managed by Lcm Partners Limited completed the acquisition of Consumer Vehicle Finance Business of Secure Trust Bank PLC (LSE:STB). Funds managed by Lcm Partners Limited entered into a business sale agreement to acquire Consumer Vehicle Finance Business of Secure Trust Bank PLC (LSE:STB) for approximately £460 million on December 24, 2025. A cash consideration of £458.6 million will be paid by Lcm Partners Limited.
