New major risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 89% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (89% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (CA$2.30m market cap, or US$1.69m). Minor Risk Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (18% average weekly change). Global Battery Metals Ltd. Announces Assay Results from the Initial Knockeen Shallow Trench Sampling Programme Op Up At 1-2M Depth and Completed in December 2023 At its Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland Technology Minerals Plc announced assay results from the initial Knockeen shallow trench sampling programme opened up at 1-2m depth and completed in December 2023 at its Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland. The project is being operated by Global Battery Metals Ltd. (GBML) and is progressing under an option agreement between GBML and Technology Minerals. The pegmatite intersected in the trench contained spodumene crystals along its exposed length and five chip samples across the width of the dike were collected at 1m intervals. The spodumene pegmatite dike comprises of the coarsely bladed white lithium mineral spodumene along with variable amounts of quartz and feldspar. Three grab samples; AES62948 to AES62950 were also collected from large blocks of spodumene pegmatite lying immediately above the actual bedrock in the trench. A series of soil profile samples were also collected from along the length of the trench and over the exposed spodumene pegmatite. The results from these samples are pending and will provide valuable information on lithium dispersion within different parts of the overburden profile going forward. All samples were analysed and reported by ALS Laboratories in Ireland.Work on this small footprint of field area was undertaken in close association with the landowner and the Company will rehabilitate the trenched area back to the original field condition on completion. The trenching has assisted greatly in the interpretation of the spodumene bearing pegmatite dikes encountered in the 2023 summer drilling programme. The dikes both in the trench and the drilling dip north westwards at approximately 40 degrees. This trench pegmatite is interpreted to be the same pegmatite intersected at 30m depth in drill hole 23-1597-02 and at 60m depth in drill hole 23-1597-03. This gives a total down dip extension of at least 100m from surface. This dike is just one of the spodumene bearing dikes intersected in the drilling which form a broadly NE-SW trending dike swarm of up to seven dikes in 24 separate intercepts in nine diamond cored drill holes. Global Battery Metals Ltd. Announces Completion of Initial Knockeen Trench Sampling Programme at Leinster Lithium Project, Ireland Technology Minerals Plc announced that Global Battery Metals Ltd. (GBML) has completed the recent shallow trench sampling programme at its Knockeen lithium pegmatite project located on the Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland. The project is progressing under an ongoing and successful option agreement between GBML and Technology Minerals which is being operated by GBML. The intersected pegmatite in the trench contained spodumene crystals along its full exposed length and five chip samples were collected at 1m intervals along its exposed length. These samples. along with several grab samples from large blocks of pegmatite in the trench are also being analysed by ALS Laboratories, in Ireland. Trench Details: The current trench was fully permitted through the Geoscience Regulation Office (GSRO) of the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications. The trench was designed to confirm a historically reported trenched spodumene pegmatite dike occurrence which was intersected over 1.8m width but with no assay data reported from this time. The current trench lies 25m along trend to the east of the old trench and forms a "T" shape by first cross cutting the dike with a 25m N-S trench and then exposing the dike along its length to the west towards the historical trench occurrence. Work on this small footprint of field area was undertaken in close association with the landowner and the Company will rehabilitate the trenched area back to the original field condition on completion. The trenching will also assist in the interpretation of the spodumene bearing pegmatite dikes encountered in the 2023 summer drilling programme. The dike dips north westwards at approximately 40 degrees. Detailed soil profile sampling was also conducted along the length of the main N-S trench to determine the best soil sample medium, A-B-C horizon to locate bedrock pegmatites below surface. This information will be used to help plan further broader reaching shallow soil geochemistry surveys. Ankündigung • Nov 17
Global Battery Metals Ltd Completes the Inaugural First Phase of Drilling on Its Knockeen Lithium Pegmatite Project in Se County Carlow, Ireland Global Battery Metals Ltd. has completed the inaugural first phase of drilling on its Knockeen Lithium Pegmatite Project in SE County Carlow, Ireland. Focussing on a Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatite dike swarm, the first nine holes were completed in late October for a total of 2,022m. All nine holes successfully intersected lithium bearing Lithium LCT Pegmatites. Samples were submitted to ALS Laboratories in County Galway and analysed using the specific ME-MS89L Lithium Pegmatite analytical suite which are now reported. The project is progressing under an ongoing and successful option agreement between GBML and Technology Minerals which is being operated by GBML. Drilling has confirmed and further defined a swarm of pegmatite dikes within host granites to reveal a new, structurally controlled LCT pegmatite system of significance; 24 intervals of lithium bearing spodumene pegmatites were intersected across the nine holes drilled and show that the pegmatites are all broadly parallel with a strike of NE-SW; The spodumene pegmatites range in width between 0.10m up to 0.63m (true width) with the highest values grading up to 2.57% Li2O in Intercept 15 in Hole 23-1597-06; Values grading over 1% Li2O were recorded in five of the nine holes drilled (Hole 23-1597-01, Hole 23-1597-02, Hole 23-1597-06, Hole 23-1597-07 and Hole 23-1597-09) with a sixth hole (Hole 23-1597-03) just shy of the 1% mark reporting a 0.96% Li2O intersect; and The project area is situated within the same tectonic zone and along strike to Blackstairs Lithium (Ganfeng /ILC joint venture) Avalonia Project. This first phase of Knockeen drilling has been key in setting the scene to establish the geometry and nature of the pegmatites in an entirely new area where there is no surface outcrop, no historical drilling and a single short historical trench. The placing of the target area within the bounds of the interpreted East Carlow Deformation Zone is a key factor in developing the prospect further. Detailed structural and petrological studies will now commence at both the regional and drill core scale to interpret the structural regime of emplacement of the spodumene pegmatites and to determine the geometric model to guide the next phase of drilling. This work has already commenced with the creation of a 3D exploration model in Leapfrog utilising the several thousands of structural readings collected from the orientated drill core. New minor risk - Share price stability The company's share price has been volatile over the past 3 months. It is more volatile than 75% of Canadian stocks, typically moving 12% a week. This is considered a minor risk. Share price volatility indicates the stock is highly sensitive to market conditions or economic conditions rather than being sensitive to its own business performance, which may also be inconsistent. It also increases the risk of potential losses in the short term as the stock tends to have larger drops in price more frequently than other stocks. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Less than 1 year of cash runway based on free cash flow trend (-CA$2.0m free cash flow). Earnings have declined by 12% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (CA$9.42m market cap, or US$6.86m). Global Battery Metals Ltd. Completes Detailed Remote Sensing and Structural Study of Knockeen Dike Swarm and Regional Leinster Lithium Project Area Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced a structural remote sensing study of the Leinster Lithium District has been completed with 25 new exploration targets identified by local structural geology expert, Dr. Francis Murphy of Murphy Geological Services. A first-of-its-kind comprehensive study for this region, GBML believes this study in association with the ongoing development of a 3D spatial model of the dike swarm and associated structures being drilled at Knockeen PL1597 will help guide additional near-term pegmatite dike identification and future drilling efforts, while supporting further project-wide lithium exploration and target generation. Remote Sensing Structural Study: GBML defined a 6,000 km2 study area covering the Company's northern and southern license blocks, including the Knockeen Prospect lithium drill program area. Structural analysis work included utilizing Sentinel-2 satellite imagery which provides a substantial resolution increase that more than doubles that of other satellites. This work was combined with other GIS datasets including the Geological Survey of Ireland (GSI) Tellus Aeromagnetic data; detailed GSI bedrock mapping data, historical regional GSI geochemistry as well as in-house company GBML-LRH prospecting and lithogeochemistry data. The results of the combined study have confirmed key structural features across the Leinster Massif which are interpreted to be associated with mineralizing fluid flow key to the anatectic model for the localization and emplacement of the lithium bearing pegmatites. The primary East Carlow Deformation Zone (ECDZ) is shown to transect several of the northern block licenses and in particular the Tonygarrow and Aghavannagh targets. Interpreted splays from this structure pass across several other of the Company's licenses and in particular through the Scurlocks, Sorrell and Knocknaboley target areas. The work has also provided extensions of all of these structural corridors which can now become part of a focused ground exploration program. On the southern block a historic, partially mapped structural feature passing along PL 1597 has now been confirmed through this study. It can now be interpreted as a significant structural splay off the primary East Carlow Deformation Zone and passes south of the Blackstairs Granite Pluton. This feature has been termed the North Wexford Deformation Zone (NWDZ) and provides a second highly prospective trend for the focus for ground exploration activities. Several target areas have already been identified for detailed prospecting and mapping. Knockeen Drilling Program: To date, GBML has completed eight drill holes (DDH-23-1597-01 DDH-23-1597-08) for a total of 1,761m, with a ninth drill hole (DDH 23-1597-09) currently in progress (estimated final depth of 250m). Multiple phases of pegmatite and importantly the lithium bearing spodumene pegmatites have been intersected in all of the holes so far. Logging and sampling of the holes is in progress with some of the sampled intervals currently at the laboratory with others still being processed. All of the data and results of the initial eight drill holes will be synthesized and reported together, allowing for a full, proper and considered interpretation of the intersections and providing for a more holistic view of the dike swarm's geometry. Detailed structural data is being collected from the drill core by using state of the art Reflex EZ-Trac Single Shot down-hole core orientation tool on the drill rig. Once back at the core logging facilities, the orientated core from the drill rig is then logged for its structural components with an IMDEX STRUCTURAL-IQTM Solution tool as part of the core logging process. This approach means that the pegmatites and their exact orientations can be positioned with all of the other structural components relating to the emplacement of the pegmatite dike swarm. So far, over 5,000 structural elements have been recorded to be imported into Seequents's 3D modelling software package, LeapFrog. This will help to better visualize the detailed structural regime and kinematics of the pegmatite dikes in the area being drilled, as well as the geometry of the various phases of pegmatites. Petrographic analysis of samples of lithologies, mineralization and alteration from within the drill core is also in progress to help interpret the metallogenetic development of the mineralizing system. Global Battery Metals Ltd. Announces Start of Drill Program At Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced the commencement of its multi-stage diamond core drilling program at the Leinster Lithium Project in County Carlow, Ireland. This inaugural Drill Program has been approved for up to 10 drill holes. Phase 1 drilling is focused on Prospecting License Area 1597 and will comprise four drill holes for approximately 1,000 metres of diamond core drilling. The drilling will take place across previously announced prospective lithium pegmatite trend targets which includes the historically reported trenched bedrock occurrence which is coincident with several highly anomalous LCT Pegmatite (lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatite) geochemical trends. This, in conjunction with the broad spodumene pegmatite boulder train at surface, has been interpreted to indicate the presence of up to six potential dikes. The Drill Program has received all necessary government approvals through the Geoscience Regulation Office (GSRO) which covers all aspects of environmental best practice procedures. This is carried out through the detailed Appropriate Assessment Screening Programme which was approved in April. The results of Phase 1, including all metallurgical testing and other exploration activities completed during this time, will be used to inform Phase 2 drilling. As previously noted, significant sampling and mapping across the Knockeen Prospect was conducted in recent months, with the potential discovery of up to six LCT pegmatite dikes and the most recent assay results of 66 rock samples released by ALS Laboratories returning Li2O% lithium contents ranging up to 3.75 % Li2O /17,000 ppm Li at the Knockeen Prospect. Global Battery Metals Ltd. Announces Initial Field Exploration Assay Results from Its North-West Leinster Lithium Project Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced initial field exploration assay results from its North-West Leinster Lithium Project focused primarily on Prospecting Licence Area ("PLA") 1597 in Ireland. PLA 1597 forms part of the Company's Property exploration block, which is operated under an exclusive Option and Earn-in agreement with Technology Minerals Plc, the first-listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, and its wholly owned subsidiary LRH Resources Limited ("LRH"). The current phase of detailed exploration work is centred on an area where a forty-year-old historical company report described a trench excavated at Knockeen Townlands on PLA 1597 which, uncovered in bedrock, exposed a 1.8m wide spodumene-bearing pegmatite vein. However no detailed laboratory assays or geological maps of the trench were reported at that time. Historical prospecting around the trench also reported the occurrence of up to 10 large boulders of spodumene bearing pegmatite at surface. The current exploration program carried out under LRH management by Aurum Exploration Services Limited included an initial reconnaissance visit in July 2022 totalling six samples. This was followed by a more detailed prospecting and lithogeochemical survey on two areas at Knockeen and Carriglead Townlands in December 2022 and totalling 66 samples. Two areas at Knockeen and Carriglead Townlands were targeted with an initial reconnaissance visit in July 2022, during which six samples - four at Knockeen and two at Carriglead - were collected. Analytical results confirmed the presence of the historically reported spodumene pegmatite boulder train and returned very significant grades of Li2O in all the samples. These results have been reported previously but are reproduced here for continuity. In December 2022 an extensive prospecting and lithogeochemistry survey was completed covering the two areas identified during the reconnaissance program. A total of 56 samples were collected at Knockeen and 10 at Carriglead. The results were highly encouraging with coherent boulder trains of spodumene bearing lithium pegmatites mapped out across the prospects. Ankündigung • Jan 10

Global Battery Metals Ltd. to Exit Nickel-Copper Exploration Program At Sawyer Camp Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced that the Company will discontinue nickel-copper exploration activities at Sawyer Camp. Since 2020, GBML has been engaged in assessing Ni-Cu-PGM targets potentially related to the Mid- Continent Rift in the State of Michigan. These targets occur in Pre-Cambrian basement rocks situated below glacial and Paleozoic cover rocks. Exploration work has been focused on mafic to ultramafic intrusions potentially analogous to those hosting the deposit at the Eagle Ni-Cu-PGE Mine (located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan) operated by Lundin Mining. GBML has carried out exploration on two projects in this district. The Sawyer Camp property has been explored by GBML over the past several years and the Company has completed two 300 m scout drill holes and a borehole/surface electromagnetic (EM) survey. This property is comprised of both Michigan State and private mineral rights. While the scout holes confirmed the targeted aeromagnetic anomaly was caused by an ultramafic intrusion, no significant sulphide mineralization was encountered in the drilling. Results from the EM survey show no conductors suggestive of being related to Ni-Cu sulphides were detected over the two main magnetic anomalies. Given these results, GBML has advised the optionor of its termination of the option to lease agreement relative to the Sawyer Camp. At the Central Project, GBML has two Michigan State leases that were tested by a limited-scale surface EM survey. Historic exploration drilling has confirmed the presence of mafic and ultramafic intrusive rocks associated with both reverse polarized and normally polarized aeromagnetic anomalies. No EM conductors worthy of a direct drilling test were detected in the Fall 2022 survey carried out by GBML but data is under review to determine next steps. Ankündigung • Nov 16
Global Battery Metals Ltd. Provides Update on North-West Leinster Lithium Project Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced field exploration work is advancing on schedule on its North-West Leinster Lithium Project (the Property or the Project), with a particular focus on Prospecting Licence Area ("PLA") 1597. PLA 1597 forms part of the Company's Property exploration block, which is operated under an exclusive Option and Earn-in agreement with Technology Minerals Plc. Field geochemical exploration programs advancing on schedule. The first target area in the vicinity of the historical spodumene bearing trench at Knockeen East is being targeted by a closely spaced deep overburden sampling program. The area is also undergoing intensive prospecting which is consolidating the extent of the spodumene pegmatite boulder train as well as significantly enhancing the resolution of the dispersion zone and, therefore, the target potential drill target areas. See example of spodumene bearing boulder. A total of 46 rock samples and 233 deep overburden samples along with 13 QAQC samples have been collected to date and submitted to ALS Laboratories for analysis. Deep overburden sampling and prospecting is continuing across the survey grid area and will migrate to the second target area at Carriglead in due course. This work is being carried out to help determine specific areas for follow up drilling. PLA 1597 was identified as prospective for lithium pegmatite potential by the Company's Project partner LRH and its exploration consultants Aurum Exploration Services (Aurum) following detailed desktop studies, which outlined two proximal areas of spodumene-bearing pegmatite, as reported by previous operators in the mid-1970s. Initial prospecting by the Company confirmed a high grade spodumene bearing pegmatite boulder dispersion train during prospecting survey at two localities. Results from the six samples returned values between 0.70% Li2O to 2.95% Li2O at Knockeen and Carriglead, as previously disclosed by the Company. The current phase of detailed exploration work is centred on a location described in a 40-year-old historical report describing a trench excavated at Knockeen Townland on PLA 1597 as having uncovered in bedrock a 1.8m wide spodumene-bearing pegmatite dyke. However, no detailed laboratory assays or geological maps of the trench were reported at that time. Historical prospecting around the trench also reported the occurrence of up to 10 large boulders of spodumene bearing pegmatite at surface, some of which may have come from the pegmatite dyke historically intersected in the trench. The current exploration program is utilizing a well tried and tested geochemical exploration technique called Pionjar or Deep Overburden Sampling. This technique uses equipment to penetrate the soil and glacial till down to the bedrock interface where a sample is collected for analysis. The depth of the sampled material varies between 1m and 5m at Knockeen. This technique is more accurate than sampling the surface soil material as the sample point is closer to the bedrock source of the lithium bearing pegmatites and helps to remove the effects of geochemical dispersion at higher levels in the overburden profile. The first part of the two-stage program has been carried out on an initial closely spaced grid over the area of the historical trench on 25m spaced lines with samples collected at 15m intervals or stations. The second stage is in progress, extending westwards following the trend of the spodumene pegmatite boulder train and termed Grid 2. This grid will cover a larger area at 50m line spacing and 30m sample intervals. The field program commenced mid-October and will continue to late November. A total of 233 deep overburden samples along with 13 QAQC samples have been collected to date and submitted to ALS Laboratories for analysis. Results are pending. In association with the deep overburden sampling a detailed program of prospecting is also ongoing and to date 46 rock samples have been collected and submitted to ALS Laboratories for analysis. Subject to any delays in the analysis of the samples, the results for the entire program are expected to be returned by the end of 2022. Once the two grids at Knockeen are completed the team will move to the second target area at Carriglead, two kilometres to the south where a similar historically reported and since verified spodumene pegmatite boulder train has been identified. Global Battery Metals Ltd. Provides Update on its Lithium King Property in Utah Global Battery Metals Ltd. provided an update on its Lithium King property in Utah. Lithium King Property Update: The Company has renewed leases on 88 claims covering a total area of 1,760 acres. The claims cover geologically significant features such as basement high and local graben fault structures believed to allow up-flow of lithium bearing fluids from deeper basinal brines. Early exploration was conducted by covering the claim area with ground magnetic and gravity surveys. Work completed since project acquisition in March 2021 has identified ideal locations for initial well test drill holes. McKay Mineral Exploration, LLC has been hired to assist in the drill permit application. The Lithium King property was identified by the Company in 2020 and the project area was staked in the first quarter of 2021. Historical Lithium values from 39 shallow USGS wells (25 feet) averaged 244 parts per million (ppm) and ranged from a low 49 ppm to a high of 1,200 ppm. The Lithium King property is within the Great Basin of the Western United States, where lithium concentrations of greater than 10 ppm in brines are anomalous. Lithium values from the only lithium production in the United States, in Clayton Valley, Nevada, also in the Great Basin, range from 75 to about 250 ppm. Magnesium values at the property and near vicinity range between 1,300 and 8,500 ppm. The shallow aquifer water samples may not reflect the deeper basin below 25 feet depth. Drilling to bedrock and brine sampling is needed to confirm the presence of and concentration of lithium in the deeper basin brines. Based on the geophysical surveys and historical data, the area underlying the claims are interpreted to be part of a regional basement high with local graben structures. This structural setting is believed to represent a conduit for basinal brine up-flow. Earlier this year, 32-line km, over four lines, of ground magnetic was acquired over the claim package and basement/basin boundary. The same lines were then surveyed using ground gravity. The work was done by Quantec, and the results were inverted in 2D sections to help with basin interpretation and test well targeting. Based on this work, four initial test well targets have been identified within the claim block. Ankündigung • Sep 15
Global Battery Metals Ltd. Provides Update on NW Leinster Lithium Project Global Battery Metals Ltd. announced that assay results from recent drilling have been received, and provides an exploration update on its NW Leinster Lithium Project (the "NW Leinster Project") in the Republic of Ireland. The Company has completed three drill holes of a six-hole drilling program on the Aughavanagh target area of the NW Leinster property for a total of 625.5 metres. The target area occurs at the mapped contact between multi-phase sheeted Devonian granites and the contact metamorphosed metasediments of the Ordovician-aged Ribband Group. This area therefore presents an analogous target to the Aclare and Moylisha prospects 40km to the south-west on the Avalonia project being drilled by the Ganfeng- International Lithium Corp. JV. All three initial drill holes intersected several different phases of well-developed pegmatite veins with Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) geochemical signatures, though lithium assays received from these pegmatites were not significant. Lithium was, however, shown by LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) analysis to be elevated Individual biotites within granites in sections of hole 3 (the most northerly) returned Li values of between 1500ppm Li and 2638ppm, indicating passage of mineral rich fluids with potential proximity to an LCT pegmatites, or to an albitised pegmatite which liberated the lithium from a lithium-bearing pegmatite. The drilling of the remaining three holes of programme will resume after target refinement and vectoring studies utilising geochemical and petrological information from the drilling and planned complementary mapping, prospecting and deep overburden sampling at Aughavanagh. An application for a prospecting license for an area which adjoins and is immediately south of Ganfeng- ILC's Avalonia project has been made. A recent historical data review and literature search undertaken by LRH Resources, the partner on the project, resulted in the identification of six new prospects outside the current NW Leinster block with spodumene-bearing (lithium) pegmatite boulder concentrations. One of these was ground-truthed and float samples taken returned a maximum value of 2.95% Li2O verifying historical prospecting. A
previous operator's trench log records reported a 1.8m spodumene-pegmatite vein under the area of this highest sample, however, no other information, including assays, are available in the Geological Survey Open File archive. An application for the relevant prospecting licence covering this area, PLA1597, which adjoins and is immediately south of the Ganfeng-ILC's Avalonia Project, has been made by LRH Resources and will be
operated under the current Agreement between GBML and LRH Resources. Whilst target refinement work at Aughavanagh is completed, this new area, as well as five other regional targets on the NW Leinster Lithium block identified in 2018 by LRH Resources, will be further investigated. The five regional targets were initially identified by analysis of legacy, low-density soil/stream sediment sampling data and perspectivity was confirmed by LRH Resources reconnaissance prospecting at: Sorrell (1.65% Li2O in spodumene-bearing pegmatite float), Scurlocks (0.65% Li2O in aplite float), Knocknaboley (820ppm Li in aplite float), Tonygarrow (0.99% Li2O % in spodumene-bearing pegmatite float) and, Glencullen.
