Recent News & Updates
Option Care Health: Mildly Interesting After Pullback
Summary Option Care Health shares have fallen 40% since January 2026, driven by Stelara's patent loss and insurance coverage switches impacting revenue and gross profit. Despite a $125M gross profit hit from Stelara, FY26 non-GAAP EPS and Adj. EBITDA guidance remains unchanged, supported by cost reductions and corporate actions. OPCH’s acute care portfolio outperformed, but market share losses and credibility concerns have pressured the stock, now trading at 15x FY26E EPS. With demographic tailwinds, a solid balance sheet, and insider buying, the recent selloff may offer a covered call entry point, though only for small, tactical positions.
