Micron - The Memory Bottleneck Behind the AI Supercycle

Micron sits at a key choke point in the AI buildout by supplying the memory and storage that powerful chips rely on, and that shift is starting to look less like a normal boom-and-bust cycle. The big question is whether long-term customer deals and tight supply can keep today’s strength from fading the way memory upswings have in the past.Read more

Expect Micron Technology's Valuation to Hit 1890.54 Next Year

Micron looks overlooked as demand and pricing for key memory chips rebound, while the company rolls out a new ultra-high-capacity solid-state drive aimed at shrinking data centers. The next earnings update could be a wake-up call if these trends show up in results as strongly as expected.Read more

Strategic and Financial Blueprint of Micron Technology: Resolving the Memory Wall in the Gen-AI Era

Micron is shifting from a boom-and-bust memory business toward steadier demand by supplying the specialized memory that powers today’s AI servers and by signing longer-term deals with big customers. The catch is that this opportunity depends on staying ahead in tricky manufacturing and navigating supply chain and geopolitics that could quickly swing results the other way.Read more

Micron’s AI Crown Sits on a Cycle That Hasn’t Changed

Micron is riding a wave of booming demand for the kind of memory used in AI data centers, but its profits still depend on a boom-and-bust chip cycle that can turn quickly. See why today’s surge could fade as rivals expand supply, and how reliance on a handful of giant customers could make the next slowdown hit harder than investors expect.Read more

Micron Technology (MU): Riding the AI Supercycle to a $100B+ Revenue Horizon and Historic 40%+ Net Profit Margins

Micron is no longer just riding the usual ups and downs of the memory chip business, as booming demand from AI systems pushes it toward higher-value products and stronger pricing. The big question is whether its next wave of AI-focused memory can keep ramping smoothly while the stock already assumes very strong execution.Read more

Micron Technology will experience a robust 16.5% revenue growth

I am NOT an expert. The only point I make is that all of the recent price targets published were PRIOR to the earnings announcements, many of which put a $300 price target, before the blowout earnings numbers were known.Read more

Position to be managed in the supercycle of memory but too expensive for long-term hold

Target Entry Point: Under $350 - ride 12 month supercycle (if you have appetite) Micron represents a cycle-aware position in the $200B+ global memory semiconductor market, entering the most profitable period in its 47-year history driven by AI-fueled demand for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), data center DRAM, and enterprise SSDs. FY2026 is a confirmed supercycle: Q1 delivered $13.64B in record revenue (+57% YoY), Q2 is guided at $18.7B with 68% gross margins, and full-year consensus is ~$76B in revenue with ~$34 EPS. The core thesis — that AI structurally elevates memory from commodity component to strategic infrastructure — is validated by Micron's entire 2026 HBM supply being sold out under finalized contracts.Read more

Despite 250% Surge, I'll Start Investing in Micron for Its PE of 29x

Buying a company after 250% growth in 1 year,I definitely won't do that but Micron still is definitely gaining my attention. Micron is a leader in memory chips, which is a key component of computers in general, but also especially important for Al. Micron appears to have completely sold out and committed their 2026 supply, which means they can't make enough product in the foreseeable future.Read more

Micron's New Supercycle: Riding the High-Bandwidth Memory Wave

Micron is riding a surge in demand from the AI buildout, with a new type of memory becoming a bigger, higher-profit part of its business and reducing its old dependence on consumer gadgets. The catch is that this industry still swings from shortage to glut, and competition and geopolitics could quickly change the outlook.Read more

I agree on MU being undervalued just on its stellar PE and profit margins compared to nearly any other company. Wonder what’d happen if data center size does shrink by 82% though!

The following is one of the 5 things I look at to know to stay in a stock. It's simple and doesn't need mumbo jumbo science to understand, Balance sheet aside, IT'S A COMPANIES BACKLOG e.g. Vertiv Holdings (VRT) has experienced a 5.6% increase in stock price following the opening of a new manufacturing facility in Johor, Malaysia. The facility aims to meet rising demand for AI and high-density data center infrastructure, pushing the company's project backlog to over $15 billion. The other 4 things I look at is, employment numbers, increasing company earnings, a rock star C.E.O. and a near monopoly company. If I can get 4/5 of these things, I am all in

Micron: Hyperscalers Bought The Fab, Bears Bought Fairy Tales

Summary Micron Technology, Inc. earns a Buy rating as hyperscalers front billions via SCAs, locking in capacity and insulating FCF from cyclical downturns. MU's shift to a quasi-SaaS toll-collector model, driven by agentic AI KV-cache demands and HBM wafer trade ratios, supports sustained high margins. Material risks include CXMT-driven supply shocks, algorithmic memory deflation, and hardware substitution that could compress multiples and margins post-2027. I will closely monitor MU's SCA cash growth, gross margin stability, HBM4E vendor lock-ins, buyback program signals, and data center storage revenue trends after Q4.
