The majority of iStar's portfolio is its company Safehold, which is a pioneer in the modern ground lease industry and is poised to continue its exponential growth in the coming years. The stock has rapidly grown over the past year by 128.62% as of November 2nd, 2021. The company smashed Q3 2021 earnings predictions of $0.51 per share by posting earnings of $1.76 per share, continuing a positive trend of surpassing earnings expectations.
