(ENXTPA:ALJXR) signed a letter of intent to acquire O2i Ingénierie from Prologue S.A. (ENXTPA:ALPRG) for €0.3 million on May 27, 2025. A cash consideration of €0.3 million will be paid by Archos S.A. As part of consideration, €0.3 million is paid towards common equity of O2i Ingénierie.
For the period ending December 31, 2024, O2i Ingénierie reported total revenue of €11 million.
