(TSXV:BEW) agreed to acquire United States Corporation for $0.6 million on January 8, 2025. vides Installation, Field Service and Warehousing / Logistics for IoT device and solutions companies. The purchase price for the shares is $0.6 million, which is payable in cash in the amount of $0.25 million and by the issuance of a total of 690,141 Common Shares of the Corporation at a deemed price of CAD 0.71 per share for a total amount of CAD0.49 million ($0.35 million). Total revenue and net income of the target company for trailing twelve months was $1.2 million (CAD 1.68 million) (unaudited) and $0.17 million (CAD 238,000) (unaudited), respectively.
