Orcoda Limited Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes, Effective 1 July 2025 Orcoda Limited announced that Managing Director ("MD") Geoffrey Jamieson has been appointed by the Board to take on the joint role of MD and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Mr. Jamieson has been appointed to replace Samuel Yue (Sam) who has resigned for personal reasons as CFO effective the 1 July 2025. Mr. Jamieson, previously held the role of CFO of the Company from March 2018 to March 2020, 12 months of that time in the dual role of Managing Director and CFO prior to Greg Khan being appointed and then again in the dual role of MD & CFO when Greg Khan resigned in June 2021 until Samuel Yue was appointed in February 2022 . Geoffrey will be supported in the role of CFO by a very competant Financial Controller, who has a Masters Degree in Accounting.
