Searchlight Resources Inc. Completes Airborne Radometric Survey of the Bear Lake Rare Earth Element Project Searchlight Resources Inc. announced the initial results of the airborne radiometric and magnetic surveys on the Company's Bear Lake Rare Earth Element project, located approximately 30 km north of Uranium City, Saskatchewan (Map1). Special Projects Inc. of Calgary, Alberta, completed airborne radiometric and magnetic surveys covering 1,110 km of flight lines at 50 m spacing. Radadiometric results confirm historically known rare earth anomalies, and have also identified large, previously unexplored anomalies that warrant follow-up exploration. New anomaly #1 (Map 2) is a large thorium zone measuring 600 m x 500 m, a previously unknown and unsampled target, shown at a larger scale on Map 3. New anomaly #2 is a linear thorium zone greater than 1.5 km in length, along the shore of Ena Lake. Searchlight uses thorium as pathfinder for monazite, a principal rare earth mineral. The Bear Lake project comprises five claims covering 4,036 hectares (40.36 sq km) and includes 6 historical REE occurrences. The claims are located within 30 km of the Hoidas Lake Rare Earth deposit, and 25 km of the Appia Energy Alces Lake Rare Earth project, the two most advanced rare earth projects in Saskatchewan. Previous work by the Saskatchewan Geological Survey located outcrops with samples that assayed up to 19.94 %TREO and 3.53 % CREO. The claims also include significant lake sediment samples, including one sample of 2,372 ppm TREE. This is the sixth highest TREE value amongst 35,842 lake sediment analyses for which REE data are available for all of Canada. Tillkännagivande • Nov 10

Searchlight Resources Inc. Highlights Additional Gold Exploration Targets on the Bootleg Lake Gold Project in Saskatchewan Searchlight Resources Inc. present the results of secondary data processing of airborne magnetic data on the Company's Bootleg Lake Gold project, located in Saskatchewan, approximately 7 km southwest of Creighton, Saskatchewan and Flin Flon, Manitoba. Searchlight conducted an Airborne Magnetometer survey targeting priority areas within the 49.9-sq km Bootleg Lake claims. A total of 359 line-km was flown at 50 m spacing, covering approximately 16 sq km, which included the Rio, Henning-Maloney and Newcor past-producing gold mines. The magnetic survey data were further processed using Oasis montajTM CET Grid Analysis system, which analyzes the texture of magnetic data to detect areas of structural complexity which may be indicative of potential deposits. CET Grid Analysis identifies regions of discontinuity, and analyzes structural associations to locate crossings, junctions, and changes in strike direction. The system creates heat maps of the density of structural contacts and diversity in strike structures, which help to identify prospective deposit locations. Analysis of the Bootleg Lake magnetic data identified areas of structural complexity corresponding to the Rio, Henning- Maloney and Wekach Mines, all situated along the Rio Fault Zone (Map 1). Approximately 15 additional zones of structural complexity were identified, including multiple zones close to the West Arm Shear Zone, one of the major structures in the western Flin Flon Greenstone Belt. These areas are favourable for follow-up drill-testing for gold mineralization. Searchlight Resources Gold Exploration Targets. Bootleg Lake: Advanced Exploration, Multiple Drill-ready Targets. Searchlight Resources Inc. Reports Anomalous Uranium & Rare Earth MMI Results from Kulyk Lake Project Searchlight Resources Inc. reported results of the Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) surveys on the Kulyk Lake Uranium and Rare Earth project, located approximately 75 kilometers northwest of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. In October 2023, Searchlight conducted MMI surveys on the west side of Kulyk Lake, to expand on previous MMI surveys conducted in 2022. Two grids with 50 metre spaced sampling were established along strike of the 2022 grids. In total, 196 MMI samples were collected in 2023, adding to the 242 samples collected in 2022. The combined MMI results highlight multiple Uranium and Rare Earth Element (REE) anomalies. Uranium results show an anomalous zone up to 400 metres in length at Whalesback Ridge, and new uranium anomalies at Hot Ridge. Both Whalesback Ridge and Hot Ridge anomalies were initially discovered by Searchlight's 2021 airborne radiometric survey. Limited prospecting at Whalesback Ridge in 2022 yielded 670 ppm U3O8, and 540 ppm U3O8 in grab samples. REE results identified a large anomalous zone at the north end of the Whalesback Ridge, and an anomalous zone at Hot Ridge. Limited prospecting at Hot Ridge in 2022 yielded 0.95% Total Rare Earth Oxide ("TREO") and 0.85% TREO in grab samples. Of particular interest, the REE zone at Whalesback Ridge is coincident with the Uranium zone, demonstrating a close association between the Uranium and REE anomalies. These anomalies parallel the Eldorado (Uranium) and Fanta (REE) drill-ready targets on the east side of Kulyk Lake. Future exploration will include MMI sampling to connect the existing grids, along with detailed sampling at 25 m spacing in anomalous areas, plus prospecting and geological mapping. Additionally, airborne radiometric surveys will be flown over the rest of the 212.9 sq km claim block. The Company is also planning a 1,500-metre diamond drill program for the Fanta REE and Eldorado Uranium targets. Fanta is a high-grade REE target, with historical results of up to 56.18% TREO from a monazite outcrop. At Eldorado, historical trench results include 0.785% U3O8 and 0.208% TREO over 1.1 m, and 0.365% U3O8 and 0.459% TREO over 0.25 m. According to SGS Canada Inc, the developers of the Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) technology, MMITM is a proven advanced geochemical exploration technique known to find mineral deposits. MMI measures metal ions that travel upward from mineralization to unconsolidated surface materials such soil, till, sand and other media. Using careful soil sampling strategies, sophisticated chemical ligands, and ultra sensitive instrumentation, SGS is able to measure these ions. After interpretation, MMI data can indicate anomalous areas. New Risk • Feb 29

Searchlight Resources Inc. Stakes Milner Lake Uranium Project in Saskatchewan Searchlight Resources Inc. announced the staking of the Milner Lake Uranium Project, located approximately 5 kilometres west of Missinipe, and 60 kilometres north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Searchlight has staked a 446.7 hectare claim located 5 km west of Missinipe and Highway 102. The claim covers two areas of known uranium mineralization; the MUS Claim No. 5 Uranium Showing, and the KAZ Claim No. 8 Uranium-Fluorite Showing. These showings are among multiple historic uranium targets located south of the Athabasca Basin. The staking is part of the Company's systematic research and evaluation of past exploration projects in Saskatchewan. Uranium staining was noted 0.9 miles (1.4 km) northeast of the north end of Milner Lake on the KAZ No. 8 claim. The showing consists of uranium mineralization, mainly uranophane and autunite, which occurs at the contact of granitic gneiss and pegmatite, over a 50 x 150 ft (15.2 x 45.7 m) area. Seventeen channel samples from a 50 ft (15.2 m) trench yielded assays ranging from 0.003% to 0.500% U3O8, averaging 0.072% U3O8. A secondary side pit exposed a heavy concentration of uranium minerals associated with veinlets of fluorite. Five samples from this pit included assays of 0.60%, 1.17% and 1.39% U3O8. One sample submitted for spectrochemical analysis yielded 1.38% U3O8. The showing consists of a pegmatite outcrop exposed over 200 x 60 ft (61.0 x 18.3 m), approximately. Uranium mineralization, primarily uranophane and autunite, occurs on the east side of a shear which extends through the centre of the ridge, and is highest where biotite mica is abundant. Grab samples from the biotitic and feldspathic phases returned 0.70% and 0.127% U3O8, respectively. In addition, twenty-six channel samples taken at 5 ft (1.5 m) intervals along an 80-foot trench (24.4 m) yielded assays ranging from 0.003% to 0.126% U3O8, averaging 0.022% U3O8. Searchlight Resources Inc. Announces 2023 Field Exploration Begins on the Company's Wholly-Owned Duddridge Lake Uranium Deposit Searchlight Resources Inc. announced that the 2023 field exploration has begun on the Company's wholly-owned Duddridge Lake Uranium Deposit, located approximately 75 kilometers northwest of La Ronge, and 25 kilometres east of Pinehouse Lake, Saskatchewan (Map 1). The Company has begun the 2023 field season at Duddridge Lake with a detailed MMI (Mobile Metal Ion) survey north and south along strike of the known deposit. The objective is to acquire additional data for planning a near-term drill program. The drill program will be designed to test expansion of the existing deposit down dip and along strike. The Duddridge Lake deposit has a known historical inferred mineral resource of 227,880 tonnes with a grade of 2.14 lbs/tonne U3O8, published by Fission Energy Corporation in 2007. In addition, boulder sampling by Fission has shown significant copper, cobalt, and vanadium values, in addition to uranium. Along with the sampling program, the geological team will prospect the Sandfly Lake Tourmaline-Bearing Pegmatites located within the Duddridge Lake claim block. Searchlight uses tourmaline as a pathfinder element for lithium in Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatites. The Company also plans an additional airborne radiometric survey along the Duddridge deposit trend, to begin in the second half of October 2023. The Duddridge claims host the Duddridge Lake Uranium deposit, which has a 43-101 inferred resource estimate completed in 2007 by Fission Energy Corp. The 43-101 technical report, titled "Report on the Duddridge Lake uraniumium Property Northern Saskatchewan NTS 73O/9", submitted by Stuart C. Fraser, P. Geol. on June 15, 2007, reports an inferred mineral resource of 227,80 tonnes with a grade of 2". The Duddridge Lake Uranium deposits technical report was not commissioned or completed by Searchlight, and therefore is being treated as a historical resource estimate under 43-101 disclosure. The historical resource estimate used "inferred mineral resource", which is a category of NI 43-101. As a result, Searchlight considers the historical resource estimate as reliable as well as relevant, as it represents a key target for work to be done by Searchlight. Searchlight has not undertaken any independent investigation of the resource estimates nor has it independently analyzed the results of the previous exploration work in order to verify the resources, and the Company is not treating the historical estimate as a current resource.
