Inomin Mines Inc. (TSXV:MINE) entered into an agreement to acquire La Gitana and Pena Blanca gold-silver projects in Mexico from Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:GUN) for CAD 0.1 million. Inomin Mines Inc. (TSXV:MINE) entered into an agreement to acquire La Gitana and Pena Blanca gold-silver projects in Mexico from Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:GUN) for CAD 0.1 million on August 4, 2020. Under the terms of transaction, Inomin will pay 1 million common shares of Inomin, CAD 0.025 million and grant of a 1.5% NSR payable to Gunpoint on the Pena Blanca property. La Gitana is subject to an existing 3% NSR to a third-party which will be assumed by Inomin. In a separate transaction, Inomin also announces a non-brokered private placement of up to CAD 0.4 million and proceeds of the Private Placement to establish operations in Mexico to move forward with the La Gitana and Pena Blanca projects.
