Surface Metals Inc. Confirms Open Mineralization and Expansion Potential At Cimarron Gold Project, Nevada Surface Metals Inc. announced the completion of a comprehensive historical drill database compilation and review for its Cimarron Gold Project in Nye County, Nevada. The study confirms substantial exploration upside, with multiple mineralized zones remaining open along strike and at depth. The validated and digitized database includes 234 historical drill holes totaling approximately 18,066 metres. Significant intercepts include 32.01 metres grading 2.23 g/t Au and 56.39 metres grading 0.52 g/t Au, outside the boundaries of the approximately 50,000 Oz gold resource estimate. The limited drilling also shows the gold system is open directionally along strike, with indications that the 3 main isolated zones merge at depth. The cross section below illustrates the continuity of mineralization between the West and East Zones and highlights the open gold mineralization extending below the majority of the zones below the open pit resource estimate outline. Surface Metals plans to initiate a maiden drill program in 2026 targeting high-priority zones identified in the 3D modelling of historical drilling. The objective of the program is to increase the historical resource estimate and advance Cimarron toward economic viability for an open-pit, heap-leach operation. Tillkännagivande • Oct 21

New major risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 72% This is considered a major risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Share price has been highly volatile over the past 3 months (55% average weekly change). Earnings have declined by 20% per year over the past 5 years. Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year (72% increase in shares outstanding). Revenue is less than US$1m. ACME Lithium Inc. Successfully Completes 10-Day Pump Test at Test Well TW-1 Located in Clayton Valley, Nevada ACME Lithium Inc. reported that the Company has successfully completed a 10-day pumping test at test well TW-1 located in Clayton Valley, Nevada. The data generated during the test will be used to estimate the transmissivity and the storativity of the Lower Gravel Unit (LGU) at the TW-1 location. Preliminary Phase 1 and Phase 2 data suggest the perforated casing of TW-1 captures approximately 500 feet of potential lithium brine aquifer hosted in the LGU. The LGU is the basal gravel overlaying bedrock in Clayton Valley. State permits limited pumping from TW-1 to a maximum rate of 100 gallons per minute (gpm), with total discharge not to exceed 5-acre feet. A range of brine samples were collected during the pumping test. These samples were submitted to Nevada certified laboratories for multi-element chemical analyses, to include total and dissolved lithium. Bulk samples were also collected for potential bench-scale testing for Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) and processing. Preliminary results from the TW-1 pumping test and laboratory analyses are anticipated to be available by end of August 2023. Intact HQ core recovered from DH-1 was submitted to GeoSystems Analysis Inc. The core was submitted with brine collected from the TW-1 pumping testing. The core and brine sample will be used for laboratory testing of drainable porosity (Specific Yield). The results of the laboratory testing of the core samples and the results from the TW-1 pump test will be used to assess the potential volume of lithium enriched brine and extractability of the brine from the LGU aquifer through pumping. With further evaluation and results pending, the assessment of extractable brine volume and concentration of lithium in the brine will be used to inferred if a lithium resource potentially exists at the ACME project. ACME Lithium Inc. Ramps Up for Pumping Test After Installation of Test Well Tw-1 At Clayton Valley Nevada Lithium Brine Project ACME Lithium Inc. reported that the Company has completed drilling, construction, and development of Dissolved Mineral Resource Exploration (DMRE) test well TW-1 as part of the Phase 2 expanded drill program at ACME's Clayton Valley Nevada lithium brine project. TW-1 targets the Lower Gravel Unit (LGU) which extends from approximately 1250 to 1820 feet below ground surface (bgs) at the test well location. As announced in August 2022, the LGU presented some of the highest lithium values, up to 130 mg/L in brine samples collected in ACME's Phase 1 program, which was completed in July 2022. The LGU presents a deep, laterally expansive aquifer, which overlies bedrock throughout a significant portion of Clayton Valley. ACME's project area is contiguous and adjacent to the northwest of Albemarle's lithium brine operation in Clayton Valley which has been in operation since 1966. Clayton Valley remains the only producing lithium brine region currently in production in the United States. The completion of DH-1A in April 2023 increased the depth of the LGU from approximately 1250 - 1820 feet. The underlying bedrock was drilled to a depth of 1940 feet and a zone-isolated brine sample was collected using a down-hole Ardvark™? packer system from approximately 1880 to 1840 feet. Zone testing indicated brines extend into the bedrock with lithium concentration up to 71 mg/L. Downhole geophysical logs completed include a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) log, which provides indications of potential fluid volume, mobile, or capillary bound waters, and estimates of hydraulic. conductivity throughout the entire borehole. TW-1 was successfully drilled and casing installed to a target depth of 1,820 feet by Harris-Earth Drilling in accordance with Nevada Division of Minerals DMRE well permit W0017. The perforated casing captures the LGU from 1,300 to 1,800 feet, approximately 500 feet of potential ore-grade lithium brine aquifer. Tillkännagivande • Feb 16
ACME Lithium Inc. Commences Phase 2 Sampling Program At Fish Lake Valley, Nevada Utilizing Asterra's Satellite-Based Technology ACME Lithium Inc. announce the commencement of a Phase 2 geochemistry sampling program to develop further knowledge of lithium occurrences at ACME Lithium's FLV claim group in Fish Lake Valley, Nevada. ACME's Phase 2 sampling program is designed to focus on the higher-grade Lithium rock anomalies and to expand into adjacent areas of similar geology and alteration in a southwest direction along the range front area. Previous sampling has identified trends where anomalous lithium and boron values show structures that were open and receiving fluids at the time of mineralization. Those structural zones are targets for where lithium and boron mineralization could be hosted in structural blocks such as grabens. The FLV claim group encompass 144 lode mining claims totalling approximately 2,975 acres, in Esmeralda County, Nevada and is directly west and contiguous to Ioneer Ltd.'s world class Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron project area. ACME Lithium Inc. Samples Highest Values to Date At Fish Lake Valley, Nevada ACME Lithium Inc. reported that its recent geological field review and sampling program at Fish Lake Valley, Nevada has resulted in the highest surface lithium values to date with up to 1325 ppm lithium. See results in link to table below. Boron anomalies occur with and adjacent to surface lithium anomalies. This most recent study confirms historical and new lithium occurrences on the Property and that certain beds are enriched in lithium. A number of the surface enriched beds appear to be clay altered tuffs and may form semi-continuous sedimentary horizons below relatively unmineralized cover units. The FLV claim group encompass 144 lode mining claims totalling approximately 2,975 acres, in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The property has been mapped with historical sampling occurring at up to 610 ppm lithium. It is believed that the current erosion surface could be exposing the edges of a stratigraphic deposit, or deposits, with possible bedding conformable lithium mineralization. ACME's Fish Lake Valley project is directly west and abuts Ioneer Ltd.'s world class Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron project area. On Friday January 13th 2023, the US government announced that it had committed up to $700 million in construction funding to Ioneer's project. Under the Department of Energy's Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) loan program, the proposed loan to Ioneer could allow the company to start mine construction next year. Last summer, Ioneer entered into offtake agreements with Ford Motor Co, Toyota Motor Corp, and Panasonic Corp. to supply lithium for EV battery production in the US. Following news of the conditional loan, Ioneer reported that it could produce enough lithium for 370,000 electric vehicles per year. A geophysical survey completed in the fall of 2022 indicates the presence of a down-dropped fault block with interpreted target clay sediments potentially similar to illite units identified in the nearby Rhyolite Ridge lithium deposit. A basin fault is evident near the southwestern end of the survey profile. Moderate to low clay concentration sediments and possible carbonate-bearing sediments are interpreted to be present at the surface near the southwestern basin fault that extends beyond a depth of one km over about 80% of the profile. Higher concentration clay sediments are interpreted over a surface distance of about 700 meters. Drilling has been recommended to determine the near-surface relationship between the different interpreted concentrations of clay sediments, potential associated carbonate-rich units and the occurrences of lithium and boron. ACME Lithium Inc. Commences Drilling at Shatford Lake Lithium Project ACME Lithium Inc. announced that it has commenced drilling at its Shatford Lake project in the Winnipeg River pegmatite region in southeastern Manitoba, Canada. ACME's land holdings in southeastern Manitoba comprise approximately 17,000 acres or 70 square kilometres. Drilling Program Highlights: ACME plans to drill up to 5,000 meters and has mobilized equipment, supplies and crew to Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. Drill targets from multiple sites have been identified and include numerous pegmatites, some of which were undocumented prior to the 2022 summer exploration program. A priority area, referred to as Shatford East, is part of the Shatford - Winnipeg River structure that is a 7 km curvilinear feature on the claim block with multiple observations of pegmatites containing anomalous lithium. ACME's Shatford Lake claim is located strategically and is contiguous to the south of Sinomine Resource Group's world class Tanco Mine, a Lithium, Cesium and Tantalum producer (LCTs) since 1969. The Tanco Mine and Shatford Lake areas are located in the pegmatite fields of the southern limb of the Bird River Greenstone Belt (BRGB). The Shatford - Winnipeg River structure is analogous to the Bernic Lake high strain zone that is interpreted to be related to the Tanco pegmatite. The northern and southern limbs of the Bird River Greenstone Belt contain at least 10 pegmatite fields and host hundreds of individual pegmatite bodies, of which many are classified as complex rare-elementLithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatites. In both limbs of the BRGB, pegmatites are associated withgranitic intrusions into structurally dilatant zones adjacent to major belt parallel shear zones. Worldwide, LCT pegmatite deposits account for about one-fourth of the world's lithium production, most of the tantalum production, and all the cesium production. ACME completed an extensive summer exploration program employing remote sensing, structural geology, ground-based geological mapping, and geochemical sampling to localize targets for drilling. The Company's exploration focus is on spodumene-bearing LCT pegmatites that are a source for high quality lithium that can be converted to lithium carbonate. Tillkännagivande • Nov 29

ACME Lithium Inc. Receives Geophysics Report Targeting Lithium Clay Deposits At Fish Lake Valley, Nevada ACME Lithium Inc. report that Hasbrouck Geophysics has completed gravity and Hybrid-Source Audio-Magnetotellurics (HSAMT) surveys at ACME's Fish Lake Valley (FLV), Nevada Project. The gravity survey indicates the presence of a down-dropped basin with interpreted target clay sediments potentially targeting similar illite-smectite units identified in the nearby Rhyolite Ridge lithium deposit. A basin fault is evident near the southwestern end of the profile, with modeled depths to Paleozoic bedrock ranging from about 1.3 km to 1.9 km. Moderate to low concentration clay sediments are interpreted to be present at the surface near the southwestern basin fault that deepen to about 300 meters and extend beyond a depth of one km over about 80% of the profile, while higher concentration clay sediments are interpreted over a distance of about 700 meters with depths ranging from about 500 to 750 meters. Drilling has been recommended to determine the relationship between the different interpreted concentrations of clay sediments and the presence of lithium. The FLV claim group encompass 144 lode mining claims totaling approximately 2,975 acres, in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The property has been mapped with historical sampling occurring at up to 600 ppm lithium. It is believed that the current erosion surface could be exposing the top of a stratigraphic deposit with active lithium mineralization. ACME's Fish Lake Valley project is directly west of ioneer Ltd.'s world class Rhyolite Ridge Lithium- Boron project. On July 31st, ioneer announced a binding battery joint venture with Toyota Motor Corp. and Panasonic Corp. to buy lithium from ioneer's Rhyolite Ridge mining project and use the metal to build electric vehicle batteries in the United States. Australia-based ioneer aims to produce about 21,000 tonnes of lithium in Nevada annually starting in 2025. It signed a supply deal with Ford Motor Co in mid- July and last year with South Korea's Ecopro Co. ACME's project location adjacent to or nearby lithium projects does not guarantee exploration success or that mineral resources or reserves will be defined on ACME's properties. Exploration, development, and activities conducted by regional companies provide assistance and additional data for exploration work being completed by ACME. ACME Lithium Inc. Announces New Lithium Discovery At Clayton Valley, Nevada ACME Lithium Inc. reported positive sample results from the recently drilled DH-1 hole at its Clayton Valley lithium brine project located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company's significant new lithium discovery has initiated Phase 2 planning and procurement of an expanded drilling and pump test program. DH-1 was drilled to a total depth of 1400 feet (427) meters below ground surface and intersected multiple productive horizons including the targeted basal gravel aquifer at an approximate depth of 1,250 feet (381 meters) below ground surface (bgs). Samples of brine were taken from DH-1 at various intervals and were sent to an independent lab and analyzed for lithium and other elements typical of lithium enriched brine systems. Target sampling zones and depths were based on the results of the geophysical surveys, interpretations of the drilled lithology, and field observations including fluid conductivity and salt precipitation on the exposed core. Lithium was detected from all brine samples at concentrations ranging between 38 and 130 mg/L. Boron was also detected from all brine samples with concentrations ranging between 16 and 39 mg/L. The results strongly indicate existence of a bicarbonate rich groundwater quality affinity which is typical in the Clayton Valley lithium brine aquifers. Lithium concentrations appear to increase in the vicinity of the deeper lacustrine tuff unit at 1,180 feet bgs and increases further to 130 mg/L in the deep gravels underlaying the tuff near the bottom of the hole. The assay results indicate lithium concentrations likely increase with depth and with temperature. The highest concentrations (130 mg/L) were from samples collected in the deep gravels at 1,350 feet and at 1,400 feet bgs. Additional aquifers were intercepted above the basal gravel layer including the main ash layer which is believed to be one of the targeted production horizons of Albemarle's neighbouring Silver Peak lithium project. Geologic and geophysical data including sample results will help identify specific horizons to be tested in a Phase 2 drill program which will include a separate, larger diameter test well (TW-1) for completion of brine aquifer permeability testing and sampling. Phase 2 will also include up to three (3) new exploration holes DH-1A, DH-2, and DH-3 with objectives to examine deeper horizons through zonal isolated testing, assess stratigraphy, and the potential for continuity between the stratigraphic units encountered in DH-1. The Phase 2 exploration holes will be completed with grouted in vibrating wire piezometers which will be used to monitor aquifer response during future pumping test. Phase 2 is expected to commence during the 4th quarter of 2022 subject to further permitting and availability of drilling equipment and services. Based on prior Clayton Valley drilling experience intercepting a high-flow brine horizon marking the gravel/bedrock contact, ACME's team is particularly focussed on advancing drilling to test this highly prospective brine zone. Acme Lithium Commences Airborne Geophysical Survey At Shatford and Cat-Euclid Lake Projects in South Eastern Manitoba ACME Lithium Inc. reported that it has commenced an airborne geophysical survey at ACME's 11,803 acre Shatford and Cat-Euclid Lake project areas in south eastern Manitoba. The survey for ACME Lithium will be carried out by Dias Airborne with their state of the art QMAGT system. A total of 1,989 line kilometres will be flown at a 65 m line spacing and at a sensor height of 35 m or at the safest height above the tree canopy. High grade IMU and DGPS systems onboard are used to de-rotate the 6 tensor components and compensate for any motion noise. The data will be processed to generate 6 directional tensor magnetic parameters, and various derived products from these parameters, which can be used in combination or individually to interpret the geology in great detail and with high confidence. Dias Airborne's QMAGT system is the most advanced airborne magnetic system currently commercially available. It uses super-conducting quantum technology in the form of SQUID sensors to measure the magnetic field more completely and with greater sensitivity. The QMAGT system measures the full tensor magnetic gradients (FTMG), which means that it is measuring all of the directional information of the magnetic field, which cannot be measured with conventional magnetic systems. This FTMG data provides for much higher resolution imaging than conventional systems, and coupled with the low noise properties of the SQUID sensors that are more sensitive to very weak signals, make it more sensitive to smaller or weaker geologic features that may be missed by traditional total field magnetic systems.ACME's Shatford Lake claim area is located strategically and contiguous to the south of Sinomine's world class Tanco Mine, a Lithium, Cesium and Tantalum producer (LCTs) since 1969, located in the pegmatite fields of the southern limb of the Bird River Greenstone Belt (BRGB). ACME Lithium Inc. Provides Drilling Update At Clayton Valley Nevada Lithium Brine Project: Successfully Completes DH-1 At 1400 Feet (427 Meters) ACME Lithium Inc. reported that the Company has successfully completed hole DH-1 at the Clayton Valley lithium brine project to a total depth of 1400 feet or 427 meters below ground surface. Prospective basin sediments have been encountered and delineated as highly probable for aquifer units based on permeability features, lithology and color. The core is consistent with the known basin stratigraphy. Most notably, an upper volcanic ash unit was encountered from 181 feet to 195 feet which is consistent with the depth and composition of the Main Ash Unit (MAU) in Clayton Valley. Multiple permeability features consisting of coarse sands and gravels, and sand and gravel with weak clay matrix were encountered from approximately 479 feet to 1400 feet TD. From the logged core, these permeability features increased in frequency and in depth below the silt and clay dominated stratigraphyhigher in the hole above 479 feet. A second ash layer or lacustrine tuff was encountered from 1,180 to 1,250 feet which also exhibits characteristics of a potential lithium bearing aquifer deeper in the depositional sequence in Clayton Valley. Cemented surface casing was set to a depth of 200 feet and perforated three-inch PVC casing was installed from 200 feet to TD. The perforations allow formation fluids to flow thru the casing. Downholelogs and geophysical surveys were completed for hole deviation, natural gamma, fluid conductivity and temperature. The downhole geophysical surveys confirm the stratification of denser fluids at depth. Natural gamma, fluid conductivity, and temperature logs all indicate possible brine inflow zones starting around 850 feet with electrical conductivity and total dissolved solids increasing with depth to 1400 feet TD. Fluids in the wellbore will be developed out of the hole via airlift to remove potential drilling contaminants. The well will be allowed to recover and equilibrate after the airlift development. Upon completion of well development activities, individual passive composite zone samples will be collected using HydraSleeveTM and Snap SamplerTM technology. Sample zones will target stratigraphic features expected to contain brine. These samples will be sent to an independent lab and analyzed for lithium, boron and other minerals typical of lithium enriched brine systems. It is expected that the fluids in the casing will stratify by density, so the resulting data will indicate if potentially economic lithium brines are present. If so, the geologic and geophysical data will help identify specific horizons to be tested in a Phase 1B drill program which will include a separate, larger diameter well for completion of brine aquifer permeability testing and sampling. Phase 1B is expected to be executed during the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2022. ACME's Clayton Valley Nevada lithium brine project is contiguous to the northwest of Albermarle's Silverpeak lithium deposit which has been in production since 1966. Harris Drilling Exploration and Associates Inc. has been contracted by ACME's operator, GeoXplor Corp., to provide drilling services and related activities. ACME's project is contiguous to Albemarle's Silver Peak lithium resource and production facility. Lithium source material and transport mechanisms for the CC, CCP, JR and SX claims are present and could be similar to those that have supplied Clayton Valley lithium-bearing brines and may be conducive to increased lithium-bearing brine concentrations. Previous reconnaissance gravity data acquired in Clayton Valley by Sierra Geothermal Power Corporation, under contract to the U.S. Department of Energy, and GeoXplor Corp. were on a nominal one-kilometer grid near the CC, CCP, JR and SX claims and the new data were acquired on a 250-meter grid over the claims to map in detail the depth to bedrock or thickness of sediments, map geologic structure relative to the occurrence of lithium-bearing brine, and to provide information for the design of additional geophysical surveys. In the Clayton Valley region, it is thought that lithium enriched volcanics that outcrop in the area are the source of lithium. The predominant features within the modeled bedrock depth map from the gravity data are a relatively long bedrock low that extends from near the northwest edge of the surveyed area towards the south-southeast, another relatively long bedrock low extending south from near the northeast portion of the surveyed area and a general area of deeper bedrock in the southern portion of the area. These bedrock lows that may concentrate lithium-bearing water will be investigated with the HSAMT geophysical method along several lines. The HSAMT survey will map geologic stratigraphy and structure relative to the occurrence of lithium-bearing brine, identify conductors that are thought to be representative of lithium-bearing brine and determine the dip and thickness of those conductors. Acme Lithium Completes Phase 1 Geophysical Survey Targeting Lithium Brine ACME Lithium Inc. to report that Hasbrouck Geophysics has successfully completed Phase 1 of a two phase geophysical survey program at ACME's Clayton Valley project in Nevada. Phase 1 of the program entailed a gravity survey which included a total of 120 gravity stations acquired over the claim area on a grid of 250 meters. Processing, interpretation and analysis will commence immediately. Data collected in the gravity survey will more accurately map variations in basin depth and topography, as well as map inferred geologic structures relative to the occurrence of lithium-bearing brine. This work will also provide key information for the design of additional geophysical surveys to be acquired over ACME's CC, CCP, JR and SX claim package.
