Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation engages in the real estate and construction business in Vietnam. The company is involved in construction of various houses, transportation works, public utility works, other civil engineering works, and site preparation demolition; trading bamboo, rattan, timber and processed wood, cement, construction bricks, tiles, stones, sand, gravel, construction glass, varnish paints, tiles and sanitary equipment, hardware, and other building materials and equipment; architecture activities, cartography, geological survey, water resources, and related technical consultancy. It also designs civil works, technical infrastructure, rural transportation, and rural irrigation; consulting and supervising the construction of civil works; manufactures concrete and products from cement and gypsum; and installs electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, and other construction systems; and finishing construction works and specialized construction activities, as well as planting and trading flowers and ornamental plants.
