Quanergy confirms delisting from NYSE

Quanergy Systems (NYSE:QNGY) notifies that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the company's common stock and the company's warrants to purchase common stock as the company had fallen below the NYSE's continued listing standard, failing to maintain an average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading day period of at least $15M. Trading in these securities was suspended after the market close on the NYSE on November 8, 2022. The company does not intend to appeal the delisting determination.

Quanergy Systems stock slides after pricing $16.7M securities offering

Quanergy Systems (NYSE:QNGY) shares fell 68% premarket on Monday after the LiDAR sensor firm priced its $16.7M underwritten public offering of stocks and warrants. The offering is comprised of 9.8M units, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and two warrants to purchase one common share, issued at a public offering price of $1.70/unit. Each unit warrant has an exercise price of $1.70 and is exercisable for one share of common stock with a term of five years following the issuance date. The underwriter has been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.47M additional shares of common stock, and/or 2.94M unit warrants to purchase 2.94M shares of common stock, solely to cover over-allotments. Gross proceeds are estimated to be approximately $16.7M. The offering is expected to close on November 2, 2022.

Quanergy gains on receiving multi-million dollar order from Prime Secured

Quanergy Systems gets NYSE non-compliance notice regarding market cap

Quanergy Systems (NYSE:QNGY) said Friday it received an NYSE notice that it was not in compliance with continued listing standards as its average global market cap over a 30 trading-day period was less than $50M. Additionally, QNGY's last reported shareholders' equity was less than $50M. QNGY has 45 days from receipt of the notice to submit a plan that would make it compliant within 18 months of receipt of the notice. The company is considering all available options to regain compliance with NYSE's continued listing rules. Last month, QNGY received a non-compliance notice regarding minimum stock trading price.

Quanergy team up with PARIFEX for first compliant LiDAR-based speed enforcement system

Quanergy Systems (NYSE:QNGY) is up 1.9% premarket Wednesday after it has joined forces with PARIFEX’s solution. Powered by Quanergy’s 3D LiDAR sensors PARIFEX’s speed enforcement solution is certified for use by French law enforcement. Quanergy’s M-Series 3D LiDAR sensors are integrated into PARIFEX’s Double-Side VIGIE solution, which is used for highway speed monitoring and enforcement.  The solution also offers far more advanced functionalities for road safety.
