(OTCPK:BTCS) announced a private placement of a convertible promissory note at a price of $1,000,000 and a series C warrant to purchase 2,000,0000 common shares for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 on December 16, 2020. The transaction included participation from returning investor Cavalry Fund I L.P., a fund managed by Cavalry Fund I Management, LLC.
