Summary Oncolytics is narrowing Pelareorep development toward anal cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer, making its bull case more concrete. Pelareorep may turn “cold” tumors “hot,” potentially improving chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitor responses across GI cancers.
