China Dongsheng International Inc.'S Subsidiary Titan Lithium, Inc. Announced the X-Ray Diffraction Results for Various Selected Samples from Its Auger Drill Program Conducted At the Both the Titan 1 and Titan 2 Projects in Tanzania China Dongsheng International Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary Titan Lithium, Inc. announced the X-ray diffraction (XRD) results for various selected samples from its auger drill program conducted at the both the Titan 1 and Titan 2 projects in Tanzania. The aim of the analysis was to identify and quantify the lithium bearing minerals present at the projects that have resulted in the anomalous lithium values as previously reported at the projects. The results confirm Lepidolite, Spodumene and Hectorite as the predominant Lithium bearing mineral species. As previously reported, an independent analysis from Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection radiometer (“ASTER”) spectral data over the Titan projects defined anomalies both coincident with its 2023 soil analysis and, as well, highlighted key lithological and mineralogical assemblages associated with lithium mineralization such as hectorite. The Auger drill program examined the top geologic horizons of the deep Titan basins that underlie portions of the large ASTER and soil anomalous regions on the two projects. The program was generally able to penetrate down to 40 feet and geologic observation recorded mainly a stratum composed of gray, to reddish brown to gray green clay horizons within the recovered material. Forty-seven (47) samples were selected for XRD analysis from various depths within 17 auger holes on the Titan 1 project and 3 auger holes on the Titan 2 project. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) is method of mineral identification whereby dry powered samples are bombarded by X-rays over a range of angles to determine the different crystal structures their abundance present in a sample. Additionally, 15 sample duplicates were run for quality assurance. The XRD analysis was performed by the University of Dar es Salaam, which has a fully equipped lab which enables them to test a wide range of ore types, with their recent focus on the growing lithium sector. The XRD results indicated that Lepidolite, a micaceous lithium bearing mineral as well as Spodumene, a pyroxene mineral commonly associated with lithium bearing pegmatites occur along with Hectorite within the clay horizons. The composite abundance of these three minerals ranged from less than 1% up to 15% of the clay horizons on the Titan projects with the average abundance observed across the various horizons at Titan 1 recorded at 6.3% and 8.8% at Titan 2. For both projects, the lithium minerals were recorded in every sample and a general trend of increased abundance of the lithium-bearing minerals was returned as the company went deeper from the surface. China Dongsheng International, Inc. Extends North Block Zone to Third of 2.9 Mines with New High Grade Samples Including 2.75% Li2O China Dongsheng International, Inc. announced strong Lithium geochemical sampling results from an infill soil sampling program at the company's expansive Titan 1 lithium property in Tanzania. As part of extensive geochemical sampling program which is attempting to define the outer boundaries of the massive Titan 1 Lithium discovery, crews returned to the North Block T1 anomaly to infill an area between samples that were announced on March 7th, 2023 and those announced in May 24th, 2023 news releases. Much of exploration has focused on the South Block, however, sampling efforts on the North Block indicate an equally strong lithium anomaly that now extends over 8 miles north to south and approximately 3 miles east to west. The 'North and South Blocks' are separated by a narrow east-west zone of low to nil Lithium values which appear to be coincident with a fault structure in the Pangani Rift Valley where the Titan 1 project sits. The north samples received strong lithium results. Within the positive values recovered the lowest grade sample returned 800 ppm Li, while the highest-grade value returned 2.75% Li2O (12,800 ppm Li). The North Block sampling now has been extended to cover approximately 21 square miles (54 sq kms). Both the North and South Block areas are underlain by a thick volcano-sedimentary sequence deposited by continental rift related volcanism, the likely source of lithium in the region. All soil samples all consistently removed from the B soil horizon, from a depth of 5 to 10 inches. The samples were dried, prepared and analyzed at the independent and ISO 9001 certified African Minerals and Geosciences Centre (AMGC) in Dar es Salaam. Announcement • May 04
Titan Lithium Inc Delineates over 17 Square Mines of 4,319 Ppm Lithium in Titan 1 Lithium in Titan 1 South Block Titan Lithium Inc. announced strong Lithium geochemical sampling results from additional surface sampling program at the company's Titan 1 lithium property in Tanzania. As part of the sampling program designed to define the outer boundaries of previously reported Titan 1 lithium anomaly the Company's technical team returned to the area to both extend old lines and sample additional lines such that the total surveyed area now covers a length of 11 miles (18km) north-south and 6.2 miles (10km) at its widest east-west (18 x 10 km). The Titan 1 project is centered over a vast flat-lying playa covered by a thin layer of alluvium overlying volcano-sedimentary basin fill and is depositionally very similar to the playas overlying mudstone-hosted lithium deposits found in the Southwest U.S. A previously recognized east-west fault crossing the center of the T1 playa, which holds low to no Lithium, has been used to simplify and divide the work at Titan 1 into a large North and South Block. Geochemical coverage of the South Block encountered positive Lithium values in 85% of samples collected with the best two lines, occurring the in northeast and southwest of the Block, averaging a continuous 2.5 miles (4kms) of 1.88% LiO2 (8,700 ppm Li) and 4.3 miles (7kms) of 1.08% Li2O (5,000 ppm Li) respectively. The South Block anomaly, which has absorbed the earlier reported T1 'mid zone' currently measures 10,900 acres (44 square kms) in size. The average grade of all lithium values in the South Block anomaly is 4,318 ppm Li or 0.93% Li2O. Announcement • Jan 25

China Dongsheng International Inc. Provides Update for Carlin-Type Walker Ridge Gold Property Located in Elko County, Nevada China Dongsheng International Inc. announced an update for the Carlin-type Walker Ridge Gold Property (“Walker Ridge”) located in Elko County, Nevada. The Walker Ridge project is road accessible located 60 miles north of Elko Nevada just off of Highway 225. The Walker Ridge claims cover an area just north of the Jerritt Canyon gold mines, currently operated by First Majestic Silver Corp. Walker Ridge contains a broad geochemical and geophysical anomaly highly indicative of a Carlin gold type deposit (“CTGD”). Similar anomalies in the same geologic units have resulted in the success of locating the nearby Jerritt Canyon deposits which have now produced over 9.7 million ounces of gold from both open pit and underground operations. Production from CTGDs make up the bulk of Nevada’s output and are the backbone of Nevada Gold Mines, the joint venture between Barrick Gold and Newmont gold, which produces approximately 2 million ounces per year. The company’s 2022 drill program at Walker Ridge has been approved by Nevada state authorities in which the company plan to investigate the over mile-wide ‘bullseye’ geochemical and gravity anomaly at Walker Ridge. Results from a Controlled Source Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics (CSAMT) survey completed by a previous investigation identified a northwest-southeast trending resistive feature within a broad resistivity low that looks nearly identical to the classic CTGD mineralization model.
