CSI Compressco GAAP EPS of -$0.05, revenue of $84.5M

CSI Compressco press release (NASDAQ:CCLP): Q2 GAAP EPS of -$0.05. Revenue of $84.5M (+10.5% Y/Y). "As we look forward, it has been and continues to be difficult to predict the impact of inflation on our business and our costs. We continue to see strong demand for our products and services and have a significant amount of contracted horsepower that will be deployed in the second half of 2022. A significant portion of our compression fleet is under term contracts at any given time.  As a result, we are raising prices as these units come off term and are subject to price changes. We have visibility into the balance of 2022 being very active and expect utilization to continue to improve through the remainder of 2022. We expect fleet revenue to continue to grow as the combination of price increases and utilization continues to work its way through the fleet."

$100 Oil Is Here To Stay - And 'Drill, Baby, Drill' Is On The Way!

Thinking “It’s Different This Time” is usually wrong and often dangerous to your pocketbook. That being said, “It’s Different This Time." Unlike other geopolitical events that have usually had short-lived market impacts, Russia’s attack on Ukraine is going to radically revamp oil and nat gas flows around the world. Instead of the repeated vilification of oil producers, a new view will likely emerge that producing more oil and gas in the US is patriotic. Based on the foregoing analysis, I explain why Energy Transfer, TETRA Technologies, Ring Energy, Callon Petroleum, and CSI Compressco have upside of 50-100% in 1 year.

CSI Compressco Stock: Creditors Take One More Chunk Of Flesh

CSI Compressco has continued to scrape by. The 2020 Debt Exchange and recent secondary offering removed the maturity wall - but at a high price. The recent swap of the general partner had many hoping for a bailout, but private equity has made sure it gave itself a solid deal and seized more control. Don't expect a bumped distribution for a while, even with a mild compression rebound.
