Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. Conducts Critical Testing of Its Advanced Water Purification Technology for the Oil and Gas Industry Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. announced that it is conducting critical testing of its advanced water purification technology for the oil and gas industry. If successful, the results could lead to contracts potentially valued at over $100 million annually, as referenced in the Company's April 17, 2025 press release. Produced water — a byproduct of oil and gas extraction — typically contains high concentrations of salts, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and other contaminants, making it one of the most difficult industrial wastewaters to treat. CETI's testing aims to demonstrate the ability to purify this highly contaminated water, reducing Total Dissolved Solids levels from 300,000 parts per million to the Environmental Protection Agency standard of 500 ppm. Upon successful verification by independent laboratory results, CETI's technology would enable the recycling of produced water for reuse in the oil industry — offering a more environmentally responsible and cost-effective alternative to the current practice of deep underground injection. As an example, in Texas alone, it is estimated that more than 10 billion barrels of produced water are injected underground each year, removing vast quantities from the usable water supply. The Company expects to receive laboratory results in the coming weeks and will provide updates as they become available. Announcement • Apr 01

Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. Announces Breakthrough Water Treatment for NIT Rates, Phosphates and Insights CYBER Enviro-Tech, Inc. has unveiled its technological breakthrough for removing insecticides, nitrates, phosphates, and cyanide from heavily contaminated agricultural, industrial and mining wastewater. This has significant implications for potable water since, around the world, agriculture alone accounts for approximately 70% of the water that is consumed annually. The runoff from those farms can directly impact available potable water as these chemicals are notoriously difficult, time consuming and expensive to remediate and often are never fully removed when using traditional treatment methods. CETI's proprietary products and systems utilize environmentally friendly biologics which negate the need for chemical inputs and create a simpler process which reduces operational costs and initial capital outlay. In addition, CETI's water remediation approach has a much higher Standard Removal Proficiency by achieving 100% removal efficiency, far exceeding alternative approaches like ADS/DEP. These traditional processes only reach an approximate 43% removal, or 66% with more chemicals. Currently, CETI is in discussions and running tests with several potential clients in mining, oil and gas, agriculture and meat processing. These industries are not only heavy water users but also have strict government regulations to follow. Just recently, the US government finalized its first ever national drinking water standard and industry experts expect more regulation is on the way. Announcement • May 17

Cyber Enviro-Tech Announces the Launch of Its Pilot Oil Production and Water Filtration Technologies in the Permian Basin, Texas Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. is announcing the deployment of its first downhole pump and related oil production and water filtration technologies on a 500-acre mineral lease. CETI is formally the operator of record with the Railroad Commission of Texas. Based on an independent geological study, the mineral lease has an estimated 45MM barrels of oil reserves. It removes the need for the 100-year-old pump jack and sucker-rod technology which has many moving parts that must continuously be repaired, rebuilt or replaced. In contrast, the technology the company is using has only one moving part, uses "green technology", lasts between six to eight years before needing replacement, and reduces power costs by over 40%. Additionally, it will deliver increased productivity, less equipment replacement and repair expenses, minimal field operator involvement, easier regulatory compliance, improved safety, and numerous environmental benefits. These improved efficiencies will reduce operating costs by over 60%. Lastly, CETI’s new Smartflow water filtration technology remediates onsite the significant amount of contaminated water produced during oil production (up to eight barrels of water to one barrel of oil). This replaces the expensive alternative of trucking contaminated water out of the field and trucking clean water back into the field. CETI’s Smartflow water filtration technology meets or exceeds EPA standards which is not only environmentally sound but also eliminates costly fines for oil field operators who don’t adhere to EPA regulations. “Cost savings of this magnitude and the positive environmental impact to the industry are far too significant to be overlooked by any oil field Operator.
