The company offers mobile; mobile internet and fixed data; SMS and social media applications; value-added services, including media and entertainment, education and advertisement, and health services; and customer care comprising call centre, Vodacom shops, service desks, supplementary service data, and customer alerts, as well as customer support through social media, and live chat on website and WhatsApp. It also provides deposits and withdrawals; person-to-person transfers; M-Pesa super-app; electronic payment solutions, including virtual M-Pesa Visa card, merchants, consumer to business, business to consumer, and business to business; and financial services, such as M-Pesa overdraft, savings and loans, group savings, agent term loans, insurance services, and wealth management solutions.
