Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited Approves Cash Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2025, Payable on 5 February 2026 Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited approved the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025 operating results at the rate of THB 0.81 per share, totaling THB 11,571,417,000 or equivalent to 63.04% of the net profit of the Company's Financial Statements. The record date for determining the names of shareholders who were entitled to receive dividends was fixed to be on 12 December 2025. The dividend payment will be made on 5 February 2026. Well Graded Engineering Public Company Limited Announces Withdrawal of Court Case File Against Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited Well Graded Engineering Public Company Limited announced refers to the construction agreement made between the company and Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) dated 29 January 2021 for the construction project of Staff Residence of Phuket Airport with the contract value of approximately THB 560 million in which AOT has owed the company payment for the construction work in the amount of approximately THB 57 million. In this regard, on 27 July 2023, the company filed a lawsuit against AOT with the Civil Court in the Black Case No. 3634/2566 for the court to make a judgment to enforce AOT to make such payment together with the interest charge and damages as per details in the letter referred to above. The company announced that during the consideration of the court regarding the court jurisdiction, the company and AOT has agreed to settle the disputes between the parties whereby the company has already withdrawn the lawsuit and both parties have already signed the amendment to the disputed contract in which AOT agreed to expedite the payment process of the outstanding amount of approximately THB 57 million to the company. Well Graded Engineering Public Company Limited Announces Filing Lawsuit Against Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited Well Graded Engineering Public Company Limited announced Agreement made between Well Graded Engineering Public Company Limited and Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) dated 29 January 2021 for the construction project of Staff Residence of Phuket Airport with the contract value of approximately THB 560 Million. Please be informed that AOT has owed the Company for the construction cost of approximately THB 57 Million for several months. The Company has followed up and demanded such payment but AOT still ignores and fails to make such payment. Therefore, it is necessary for the Company to terminate the contract and claim for damages and exercise the legal right by filing a lawsuit against AOT with the Civil Court on 27 July 2023 in order for the court to make a judgment to enforce AOT to make such payment together with the interest charge and damages, totally THB 272,965,118.36 which is the claimed Amount. In addition, although the debt amount owed by AOT will cause a direct impact to This project, but the Company received recently three new project awards with the total value of THB 1.5 Billion and the contracts for all of these three new projects should be signed soon and you will be informed of any progress accordingly.
