Alpha Divisions Public Company Limited Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective June 1, 2026 Alpha Divisions Public Company Limited held the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 4/2026 on May 28, 2026. The company acknowledged the resignation letter of Mr. Thawathwong Phalinsut from the positions of Director, Executive Director, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member due to personal necessity, effective from June 1, 2026 onwards.
