Karnchang Public Company Limited hereby informs the resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 1/2024 which was held on February 29, 2024 as follows: It was deemed to propose that the Shareholders' Meeting approve the allocation of profit by making dividend payment from the retained earnings to the Shareholders at the rate of THB 0.15 per share in a total amount not exceeding THB 254,084,530.80. as a result, when combined with the interim dividend payment for the first half period of 2023 at the rate of THB 0.15 per share, the dividends for 2023 are equal to THB 0.30 per share, in the total amount not exceeding THB 508,169,061.60.
