President & CEO of Knowit Picks Up 13% More Stock

Even if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Per Wallentin, the President & CEO of Knowit AB (publ) (STO:KNOW) recently shelled out kr963k to buy stock, at kr128 per share. That purchase might not be huge but it did increase their holding by 13%.

Knowit Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Per Wallentin is the biggest insider purchase of Knowit shares that we've seen in the last year. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is kr131. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. The good news for Knowit share holders is that insiders were buying at near the current price.

Knowit insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. Their average price was about kr149. This is nice to see since it implies that insiders might see value around current prices.
