Gustav Vadenbring Is The CFO & Secretary of Acroud AB (publ) (STO:ACROUD) And They Just Picked Up 267% More Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Acroud AB (publ) (STO:ACROUD) CFO & Secretary, Gustav Vadenbring, recently bought kr230k worth of stock, for kr2.87 per share. Even though that isn't a massive buy, it did increase their holding by 267%, which is arguably a good sign.

Acroud Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In fact, the recent purchase by Gustav Vadenbring was the biggest purchase of Acroud shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is kr2.94. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind.
