Grupa HRC Spolka Akcyjna provides job placement services in Poland and internationally. The company’s services include the direct search of employees, including managerial level comprising management board, top management, and directors; professional legal assistance within the scope of individual and collective employment, and social insurance relations relating to Polish and European labor law; and sales outsourcing services. In addition, it provides HR services, such as assessment and development centers; e-simulator, a suite of 3-hour in the life virtual simulations for leadership and executive assessment and development; psychological and competence tests; outplacement programs to employees of different positions and business divisions; second opinion, a service for clients that involves carrying out a custom-made testing/assessment session to decide the suitable candidate; and recruitment process outsourcing services.
