It also operates the National Teachers College, a higher education institution that offers collegiate programs for teacher education; University of Nueva Caceres, which provide education programs in arts and sciences, business and administration, computer studies, engineering, nursing, criminal justice, and juris doctor; and Affordable Private Education Center schools that provides technology-enabled educational curriculum and delivery.
