The Initiates Plc provides waste management, industrial cleaning, and decontamination services. The company offers thermal destruction services for the destruction of chemical waste, medical waste, and other hazardous waste; decontamination, removal, and disposal services for asbestos and asbestos containing materials; waste water treatment systems; E-waste processing services comprising ODS reclamation, data destruction, screens, and cable/batteries recycling; and thermal desorption services for the treatment of drill cuttings, hydrocarbon contaminated soil, and oily sludge.
