Mirae Corporation (KOSE:A025560) completed the acquisition of 36.83% stake in Aloys Inc. (KOSDAQ:A297570) from Shin Jeong-gwan, Lee Si-yeong and Kwon Chung-sik for KRW 20.4 billion. Mirae Corporation (KOSE:A025560) agreed to acquire 36.83% stake in Aloys Inc. (KOSDAQ:A297570) from Shin Jeong-gwan, Lee Si-yeong and Kwon Chung-sik for KRW 20.4 billion on June 8, 2026. A cash consideration valued at KRW 1600 per share will be paid by Mirae Corporation. The transaction is funded through company retained earnings.
The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer shareholders and approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board. The expected completion of the transaction is June 9, 2026.
