The company’s product pipeline also includes OBP-702, a telomerase-specific oncolytic adenovirus, which is in pre-clinical trial for the treatment of solid tumors; OBP-2011, which is in pre-clinical trial for the treatment of SARS-Cov-2 virus infection; OBP-601 (Censavudine), a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor that has completed the phase IIb clinical trial for the treatment of HIV infection; and OBP-801, a histone deacetylase inhibitor, which is in phase I clinical trial for the treatment of solid tumors, as well as in pre-clinical trial for ophthalmic use.
