AMD (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.) reported record second-quarter 2026 financial results on August 4, 2026. The company achieved $11.5 billion in revenue, representing a 50% year-over-year increase, and a non-GAAP EPS of $1.66.

Financial Results vs. Consensus

AMD beat analyst consensus estimates for both top and bottom-line figures:

Revenue: Reported $11.54 billion vs. consensus estimate of $11.28 billion–$11.31 billion (Beat).
Non-GAAP EPS: Reported $1.66 vs. consensus estimate of $1.62 (Beat).

Management Outlook

Management highlighted that the Data Center segment, which more than doubled year-over-year to $6.7 billion, is expected to accelerate in the second half of 2026. The company provided Q3 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $13 billion (±$300 million), which also exceeded the consensus estimate of ~$12.5 billion. CEO Lisa Su emphasized the "multiyear AI adoption cycle" and strong customer demand for the new Helios rack-scale AI platform.
