With 5.7% and 4.9% of the shares outstanding respectively, Matteo Ghilotti and Fenera Holding S.p.A. are the second and third largest shareholders. Matteo Ghilotti, who is the second-largest shareholder, also happens to hold the title of Senior Key Executive. In addition, we found that Andrea Vismara, the CEO has 3.9% of the shares allocated to their name.

Looking at the shareholder registry, we can see that 51% of the ownership is controlled by the top 15 shareholders, meaning that no single shareholder has a majority interest in the ownership.

While studying institutional ownership for a company can add value to your research, it is also a good practice to research analyst recommendations to get a deeper understand of a stock's expected performance. Insider Ownership Of Equita Group

The definition of an insider can differ slightly between different countries, but members of the board of directors always count.
