The transaction is subject to subject to regulatory approval, antitrust regulations and the completion of the information and consultation procedure with the relevant employee representative bodies. The acquisition is estimated to be finalized by the beginning of 2027.

Kesko Announces Management Changes, Effective 1 March 2026 Minttu Sinisalo, M.Sc. (Econ.), 45, has been appointed as Executive Vice President, HR and a member of Kesko's Group Management Board as of 1 March 2026. Sinisalo comes to Kesko from Terveystalo, where she currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, HR. Before joining Terveystalo, Sinisalo held various HR leadership positions at Finnair.
