The proposed transaction is expected to value IntelliSmart at an equity valuation of around $400 million (INR 37,000 million). Adani Energy Solutions Limited (NSEI:ADANIENSOL), GMR Smart Electricity Distribution (Gmr Smart Electricity Distribution Private Limited), GIC-backed Genus Power Infrastructures Limited (BSE:530343) and Swiss fund Partners Group Holding AG (SWX:PGHN) have advanced to the second round of discussions, with binding bids expected by mid-June. The shortlisted bidders have commenced due diligence, sources said.
