FDC Limited (BSE:531599) entered into definitive agreements to acquire an additional 44% stake in Fair Deal Corporation Pharmaceutical SA (Pty) Ltd from Pharma-Q Holdings Pty for ZAR 0.14 million on August 7, 2020. The consideration will be paid in cash for 0.143 million shares. Post acquisition Fair Deal Corporation Pharmaceutical will became a subsidiary of FDC, owning 93% stake. The transaction also involves settlement of outstanding loan of ZAR 6.5 million equivalent to availed by Fair Deal Corporation Pharmaceutical from Pharma Q.
