Hemant Kataria Just Bought 6.2% More Shares In D.P. Wires Limited (NSE:DPWIRES)

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that Hemant Kataria, who is a company insider, recently bought ₹3.0m worth of stock, for ₹80.40 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 6.2%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At D.P. Wires

Notably, that recent purchase by Hemant Kataria is the biggest insider purchase of D.P. Wires shares that we've seen in the last year. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of ₹83.45. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future.
