In 1996, Mr. Bachaalani joined the Central Europe/Russia Division as Marketing Manager. Since 1999, he served as Marketing Manager of Household Surface Care for Colgate- Palmolive Mexico and then moved as Marketing Director of Colgate-Palmolive Dominican Republic. Since 2002, Mr. Bachaalani served as Marketing Director of Colgate-Palmolive, South Africa and since 2006, he served as General Manager of Colgate-Palmolive Hong Kong, where he played a significant role in strengthening Colgate toothpaste market shares. Since 2009, he served as General Manager for Colgate-Palmolive, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Global Toothbrush Division, where he and his team drove the business to record-high global market shares expanding Manual Toothbrush Leadership with record sales, profits and unprecedented innovation stream of successful new products. He serves as a Director of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited. Mr. Bachaalani holds a BS degree in marketing from Lebanese-American University.
