Mr. Agrawal co-founded Vaibhav Global Limited(alternate name Vaibhav Gems Ltd.) in 1980. He established Vaibhav Enterprises as a proprietorship firm for manufacture & exports of gem stones which was converted into a partnership firm in 1984. He is responsible for the of the identification and introduction of many ‘new stones for exports. He is a widely traveled person, having extensively toured the countries to Africa, Brazil and Europe for sourcing of raw material. He is regularly attending the majority of Gems and Jewelry International Trade shows/Fairs in U.S.A., Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, Korea, Tanzania. He serves as the Chairman of the VGL Group of companies. Mr. Agrawal serves as the Chairman of Vaibhav Gems Group. He has been Non-Executive Director at Vaibhav Global Limited since May 08, 1989 and served as its Chairman until February 01, 2019. He is a board member and past president of the Indian Diamond & Colored Gemstone Association. He is a member of ICE, International Color Stones, Association, Geneva, Thai Gem and Jewelry Association, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Gem and Jewelry Export Promotion Council. Mr. Agrawal holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rajasthan in India and his Executive MBA from Columbia University, New York.
