Rites Limited Announces Executive Changes, Effective July 17, 2026 RITES Limited announced that Shri Vinod Kumar Paswan, SAG/IRSE joined RITES on July 17, 2026 on deputation basis as Group General Manager (Civil), Regional Head /Eastern Region Project Office /Kolkata and was accordingly included in the Senior Management of the Company. Shri Vinod Kumar Paswan is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer of the 1998 batch with over 25 years of experience in railway infrastructure development and project management. He last served as Chief Engineer, Road Safety Works, Eastern Railway. He holds degrees from BIT Sindri, IIT Delhi, and NMIMS Mumbai. During his career, he led major railway projects involving track doubling, station redevelopment, bridge construction, and PM Gati Shakti initiatives. He was recognized with the General Manager's Award and the GM Star Performer Award for his outstanding contributions to Indian Railways.
