Mr. Wei Hua Chang, also known as Benson, has been Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Hi-Level Technology Holdings Limited since October 1, 2015. Mr. Chang served as General Manager of Hi-Level Technology Limited of S.A.S. Dragon Holdings Ltd., since January 2007. He also has over 25 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing and undertaking R & D projects within electronics field. He served as General Manager of Hi-Level Hong Kong in 2000 and was served as Managing Director of Hi-Level Hong Kong since 2003. Mr. Chang joined Silicon Electronics Company Ltd. in Taiwan as an FAE from 1987 to 1990 and as sales engineer of Chesen Corp in Taiwan from 1991 to 1993. For the period from 1993 to 2000, he worked in several senior positions, such as sales manager, sales Vice President and served as General Manager of Winnington Electronics Ltd in late 1990. Mr. Chang joined S.A.S. Dragon Holdings Ltd. in January 2007. He has been Director of Hi-Level Technology Limited since January 2007. He Graduated from Tung-Nan Institute of Technology in Taiwan with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering in 1985.
