He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Enm Holdings Ltd. (Enew Media Co. Ltd.) until January 1, 2013. Dr. Chao served as a Director of Hong Kong Real Estate Developers' Association for over 20 years. He was awarded 2004's World Outstanding Chinese. He is a Hong Kong registered architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architect.
