One NOIZ Group Insider Raised Their Stake In The Previous Year

Insiders were net buyers of NOIZ Group Limited's (HKG:8163 ) stock during the past year. That is, insiders bought more stock than they sold.

While we would never suggest that investors should base their decisions solely on what the directors of a company have been doing, we do think it is perfectly logical to keep tabs on what insiders are doing.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At NOIZ Group

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when insider Qiongqiong Teng bought HK$12m worth of shares at a price of HK$0.10 per share. That implies that an insider found the current price of HK$0.11 per share to be enticing. While their view may have changed since the purchase was made, this does at least suggest they have had confidence in the company's future. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. Happily, the NOIZ Group insider decided to buy shares at close to current prices. The only individual insider to buy over the last year was Qiongqiong Teng.

NOIZ Group insiders own 43% of the company, currently worth about HK$43m based on the recent share price. I like to see this level of insider ownership, because it increases the chances that management are thinking about the best interests of shareholders.
