Fullshare Holdings Limited Announces Nomination Committee Changes, with Effect from 30 June 2025 The board of directors of Fullshare Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Du Wei, an executive Director, and Mr. Huang Shun, an independent non-executive Director, have been appointed as members of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 30 June 2025.
